Review of mailchimp

Extremely disappointed in the customer service.

I've been using Mailchimp for 12 years. Over the last few years it's all got worse and worse. I was on the free plan for a while then wanted to try automation so decided to upgrade to standard. I struggled with making aspects of it work but couldn't figure it out and there was no tech help available even on the upgraded plan. I then decided to go back to the free plan. Since then they just keep reverting my plan back to the standard plan and charging me $59 dollars a month even though I keep changing it back. I can get no answers and am now going to jump ship to another provider, after 12 years! I'm sick of it. I don't mind paying something for the service, I'm not looking for a freebie here, but the amount I'm being charged for what I actually use it for is way too much. I send one news letter out a month that's all and there's no middle ground. They used to be great but now they suck big time - am furious! They have obviously decided to get rid of their small customers because they are not worth their time.

DO NOT BUY FROM DEPOP!

Honest advice: do NOT buy clothes from there! It's an absolute scam. Sellers are only interested in making money and will block you if you raise a concern about an issue with your purchase. Dispute resolution team will take ages to get back to you as well.. Feels like there is no purchase protection whatsoever on Depop!What happened to the standard 14 days cooling off period?! Under 14 days Purchase Law in the UK, the seller must offer a full refund to customers if they've told them within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel (taken from gov.uk website).So what, these laws do not apply to Depop??Absolute disgrace! This online retailer needs to be reported to the authorities.

After my experience of them suspending…

After my experience of them suspending my account without even a reason, I would've give one star. I gave 2 because i have to admit, when it was going, it was going well. I just wish they were more transparent with the reasons they suspend accounts. I don't mind fixing whatever it is, I just don't know what exactly was the problem. this is after thoroughly reviewing their policies. I'm selling pet clothing for gods sake - what could possibly be the issue there?

Such a terrible experience

Such a terrible experience. The employee who sold this software to us never responded our emails after. This company is a SCAM selling a product that is not fully ready, too much bugs extremely poor customer service, it’s actually ridiculous. The ticket system to report issues will drive you crazy. We gotten a ridiculous amount of issues with the accounting app for odoo, asked for refund less than 1 month into purchase and they basically ignored. There is no customer service for Canada, this company should actually be looked into because it’s pure robbery.

The service itself was good, but customer support is bad

The service itself was good. But when trying to cancel my subscription, things went downwards.I sent an official email to dreamhost that i wish to cancel my subscription as this is an official legal way to terminate subscriptions in my country. Dream host did not cancel my account. After discussing with the customer support they still did not cancel my subscirption and billed me 2 more times. Absolutely ridicolous. Its one click for customer support to cancel a subscription.

Today was my flight

Today was my flight, booked a long time ago. Delta changed many times my connecting flight without consulting me once. Finally I've got to scheduled my flight as I thought it was a good choice for me. Yesterday I've got an email from Delta asking me to check in, even paid for my extra luggage. Today at the airport check in counter, after all my documents and paperwork was check... I'm informed my flight was cancelled a week ago. No one, no one sent me an email, further more Delta sent me an email to check in!!! This is beyond frustration, total lack of consideration, someone in Delta decided to cancel my flight. I had to take another Covid test, since they scheduled me for Saturday!!! And I was told Delta doesn't reimburse for all the money I had to loose because of them. I lost one day at work, I lost over $200 on a Covid test, and the stress they caused. Do yourself a favor, choose another airline.

Review of tableau

Terrible operations!

Tableau is a nice software for analysis and for sharing dashboards but they are extremely incompetent in running their business.I can't believe such a large operation runs in such amateur principles.I purchased tableau for two companies I worked for. The first one we bought our licenses and it worked ok. Crazy weird process for paying for stuff (considering we were in 2017, they process was something from early 2000s).Now, second company I'm buying tableau. I got Tableau online and a desktop license (not gonna mention their pricing changes that just messed everything up). I got the invoice and paid.Next, to download the keys I was sent the wrong keys, for Tableau Server, which was of no interest to us. So Contacted support and told them the mistake.They blamed it on "a migration" (I wonder who was the smarty pants who exchanged the cheapest license for the most expensive one) and gave us a "Trial" account for tableau online. That worked fine for a month until it started showing that our environment was in trial and it would be turned off soon.3 months in, we 1) still don't have the trial online environment, 2) no sign of the Tableau Online we actually paid for and 3) support is still "migrating" our tableau server license to our tableau online license. I wonder how do they intend on being a top software vendor when they can bearly operate a website and a license system. Terrible experience but the desktop software is good....

Mega refuses to answer my 2 general questions by email; (replied "you're later in the queue because you made same query" {2 days ago}) Fair enough... It's been 2 weeks, no response. Need an answer in order to buy a particular phone. Punitive? So frustrating.

Sellers need more protection

Sellers should be able to give negative feedback to buyers for non payment. Having only the option to give positive feedback to buyers is scandalous. Meanwhile, buyers have all the opportunity to give negative feedback. eBay is always lacking behind their competitors and slow to keep up.

Door Dash app needs revision

Food delivered but after giving a tip…. The driver was able to add an additional tip without approval. I contacted customer service & have been waiting on a response for a week. Drivers shouldn’t be allowed to create their own tip.

Poisoned and then…Food Tampering

On Sunday 10/27/24 I ordered Taco Bell in the early AM around 2-3Am and then proceeded to be sick hours later. I was projectile vomiting for hours on end until my eyes hurt and my throat was raw. I contacted DoorDash and was promptly refunded and compensated. I tried ordering a smoothie from Emerald City to soothe my stomach and when the driver arrived, I noticed he was talking a bit and thought he was merely navigating my apartment building. He marked my order as delivered, but my service animal didn’t bark like he usually did when there was hallway activity. I opened my door and my order wasn’t there. I called the driver and he said my order was there. I told him it wasn’t and we went back and forth multiple times. I was so fed up that I went down stairs thinking he left it at the building door even though the delivery instructions were very clear. My order was n’t there either. I looked around and saw him in his car with my order. I was so pissed. He gaslighted me so much about my order. But he had it the entire time. I thought it was super creepy that he was smiling as he gave me my order, but I took it and left. But as I was opening the straw and about the pop the lid did I notice a large bubbly white substance on the surface of my drink. I’ve ordered this drink before and love that establishment, my drinks NEVER have had a white foamy substance on top. This is years as a customer and never having my drink look like that. I immediately contacted DoorDash support. I took a photo and showed them. I was passed around multiple times. To a Supervisor. To a Manager. To Legal & Safety. To Trust & Safety. They said they would boot the driver from the platform. And said they would refund me which I asked for credits. They said it would be delivered soon and that was that. My refund was denied and they denied me credits. I have yet to be compensated. I have contacted them multiple times, they continue to give me the run around.
