The device disconnected from wifi after a couple of weeks and then never connected back. i had a W5 error message. I contacted customer services multiple times. Nobody speaks English well so it was difficult trying to explain the problem. I tried to give my case number so I didn't have to start again giving all the info but some of them wouldn't accept this. Turns out there is a hardware issue so a replacement was needed. They sent this out but not the one I originally had, a different model without the stand needed to connect. They then sent the stand but this was also incorrect. I've probably spent about 4-5 hours already sorting this and still don't have the correct device and have the full price taken from my bank. I now need to send everything back and hope they send me the correct things next time. Thankfully they are quick to respond and dispatch things but no use if its all incorrect.

The item was delivered earlier than expected. The tracking was amazing. The product was excellent and as described when it arrived

I signed up for a discounted 12 month trial period to WSJ Digital for 4.99 per month. They made zero attempt to contact me or alert me before the trial period ended and instead started charging me full price at 39.99 per month. I was charged twice before realizing the problem. Then I had to actually call them to cancel since why make things easy on the web site, and of course they aren't open Saturday evenings or Sundays. Got through today and they did not apologize or offer to refund me the difference. Instead they tried to lock me into another trial period where no doubt at the end they would forget to remind me and charge me full price yet again. Tone deaf customer service reps and unscrupulous "negative option billing" policy means they have lost me as a customer for life.

Just returned from Vulcano Hotel Tenerife, it’s our 4th visit and will definitely return again, The hotel is central for everything, lovely and clean and all staff very pleasant. Agonay on reception always happy and smiling and very helpful, Cant fault this Hotel .

My Tablet stuttered loading videos and bogged down easier than I expected with having 8GB of ram. It also had very poor parental control settings to the point I eventually used a 3rd party app instead. however the real downside was when I needed a repair done on the unit:My unit needed to be sent in for RMA. After 6 weeks I have called customer support 3 times. Calling each week the last 3 weeks I still do not have an update on when my unit will be returned. The Support agent I talked to today informed me that my tablet would never have been returned to me if I had not called in to request it. I personally consider that theft and I will no longer buy from Samsung.

Absolutely the worst "news" website I have ever come across on the Internet. The fact it's owned by Nine, is no surprise. The panic-inducing/alarmist headlines are enough to make me scream! I am certain this terrible website started the ridiculous toilet roll "crisis" in Australia. The website's never-ending "articles" about panic buying and hoarding were absolutely relentless, "reporting" on what terrible people Australians are, and then in the next paragraph of the same "article", advising those same readers to race out and stock up on items due to the coronavirus. It should be shut down. God! I hate it!!!

I’ve been a member for years. Had some great memories. Always paid for a full years membership up front. Have only managed to go once in the last year, because most places are closed due to COVID. I asked for an extension on my membership, but was refused and told I could have 25% next year. All my friends who paid monthly, cancelled their direct debits and saved their money. I feel ripped off and there is certainly no reward for loyalty. Never again.

Shocking! As per other reviews here, you are signed up to a full year at huge expense. You are not given warning before they take the funds from your account. It's an absolute scam. The individual sheet music is a con to sell unwanted annual subscriptions. This is how to alienate customers. Avoid at all costs.

DON'T TRUST THAT THEY ARE CHEAPER THEY WILL LEAVE YOU WAITING. We checked both lift & Uber lift was cheaper, with a longer wait, after the wait it said they couldn't find a driver try again so we did, same thing happened so we waited 30 minutes & in the end had to take an Uber.
