Poisoned and then…Food Tampering

On Sunday 10/27/24 I ordered Taco Bell in the early AM around 2-3Am and then proceeded to be sick hours later. I was projectile vomiting for hours on end until my eyes hurt and my throat was raw. I contacted DoorDash and was promptly refunded and compensated. I tried ordering a smoothie from Emerald City to soothe my stomach and when the driver arrived, I noticed he was talking a bit and thought he was merely navigating my apartment building. He marked my order as delivered, but my service animal didn’t bark like he usually did when there was hallway activity. I opened my door and my order wasn’t there. I called the driver and he said my order was there. I told him it wasn’t and we went back and forth multiple times. I was so fed up that I went down stairs thinking he left it at the building door even though the delivery instructions were very clear. My order was n’t there either. I looked around and saw him in his car with my order. I was so pissed. He gaslighted me so much about my order. But he had it the entire time. I thought it was super creepy that he was smiling as he gave me my order, but I took it and left. But as I was opening the straw and about the pop the lid did I notice a large bubbly white substance on the surface of my drink. I’ve ordered this drink before and love that establishment, my drinks NEVER have had a white foamy substance on top. This is years as a customer and never having my drink look like that. I immediately contacted DoorDash support. I took a photo and showed them. I was passed around multiple times. To a Supervisor. To a Manager. To Legal & Safety. To Trust & Safety. They said they would boot the driver from the platform. And said they would refund me which I asked for credits. They said it would be delivered soon and that was that. My refund was denied and they denied me credits. I have yet to be compensated. I have contacted them multiple times, they continue to give me the run around.
