Extremely disappointed in the customer service.

I've been using Mailchimp for 12 years. Over the last few years it's all got worse and worse. I was on the free plan for a while then wanted to try automation so decided to upgrade to standard. I struggled with making aspects of it work but couldn't figure it out and there was no tech help available even on the upgraded plan. I then decided to go back to the free plan. Since then they just keep reverting my plan back to the standard plan and charging me $59 dollars a month even though I keep changing it back. I can get no answers and am now going to jump ship to another provider, after 12 years! I'm sick of it. I don't mind paying something for the service, I'm not looking for a freebie here, but the amount I'm being charged for what I actually use it for is way too much. I send one news letter out a month that's all and there's no middle ground. They used to be great but now they suck big time - am furious! They have obviously decided to get rid of their small customers because they are not worth their time.
