My Tablet stuttered loading videos and bogged down easier than I expected with having 8GB of ram. It also had very poor parental control settings to the point I eventually used a 3rd party app instead. however the real downside was when I needed a repair done on the unit:My unit needed to be sent in for RMA. After 6 weeks I have called customer support 3 times. Calling each week the last 3 weeks I still do not have an update on when my unit will be returned. The Support agent I talked to today informed me that my tablet would never have been returned to me if I had not called in to request it. I personally consider that theft and I will no longer buy from Samsung.
