Forcing the AI trend on a learning platform? Really?

Like other users, I haven't found that the documents provided by Studocu have been worth buying; they seem about on par with those provided by my university for free. Still good enough to be an average 3 stars.However, what I find very problematic and worth just 1 star is that the website is now filled with LLM chatbots. Chatbots for skimming documents, chatbots for taking quizzes, etc.To put it mildly: I find this abhorrent. For one, LLMs are still not competent at specialised topics, which people who use this website would ask for, and commonly hallucinate. But even more concerning, said AIs try to replace finding good papers and learning with other students, both of which are VITAL for students in higher education.Due to how much the website pushes "AI features" (half of the sidebar options are about AI) and due to how they must have known how bad of a fit LLMs are for this kind of platform, I can only assume they implemented these "features" because of the AI bandwagon. The fact they would intentionally reduce the learning quality of their platform just so they cram a buzzword feature into it tells me that they don't care about quality.Would it still have been 2 stars if the chatbots were more hidden away? Maybe. But with how Studocu shoves them into your face, begging you to learn in a worse way, it's deserving of just 1 star.

I made an order for a headstrap and battery pack for a Christmas present in November, sent out with Yodel and supposedly to be delivered 3rd of December, once I realised I wasn’t getting it delivered I asked for a refund, I’ve sent multiple emails asking for an update but it’s now January, no product, no refund and nobody contacting me back.Acting like a 3rd world country scam artists.

Imagine taking a much-needed summer trip with your family of four. It’s a busy summer week trying to squeeze in a long weekend with summer camps and family gatherings. To maximize your children’s opportunities to connect with peers and to create meaningful experiences you decide to leave late after camp on Thursday night. Then 150 miles into your trip- BANG- your one-year-old warranty backed vehicle suffers catastrophic engine failure. Your heart sinks. You put your trust in this company to transport your family hundreds of miles away, but they let you down. You’re on the side of the road, your kids are scared, your trunk is full, and you’re stuck the middle of nowhere with midnight approaching. That is precisely the situation I found myself in one July night. But not to worry, Nissan would take care of me, right? After all, the car was under warranty. Any cost incurred as a result of this engine failure ought to be covered. Or so I thought. Evidently Nissan has no interest in ensuring that you arrive at your destination safely, or that you can rely on their vehicles to transport you to and from your destination. And if you need to transport your inoperable vehicle to a dealership to be serviced- you’re on your own. The engine repair was covered, but the transportation costs incurred as a result of the failure were not. Nor were the rental costs for half of the time the vehicle was out of service. Nissan let me down again. I do not plan on giving them the opportunity to let me down a third time.

Mega is by far the best cloud storage…

Mega is by far the best cloud storage service I've ever used. I've used other popular cloud services like Google Drive and Ice Drive, which can both give me tons of errors while uploading files. It's a headache to have to find out what the problem was, keep track of all files that didn't upload, and then figure out how to successfully upload such files. Mega, thankfully, uploads all my files smoothly without trouble, every time. It's reliable service you can count on, and the support staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to respond and help.

This companies’ customer service SUCKS!!!!!!

These people are terrible. Very bad customer service. Do not care about what their customers want. Do not take care of customer complaints. Had such a bad experience with them will never use their products again just because of their attitude and unwillingness to make their customers customers happy and keep them from writing bad reviews Will never use them again no matter how good their content may be. They as a company suck and I would never treat a customer like this even if they were completely wrong. Sometimes it’s better to make a slight exception than to completely anger a customer like I am now

Too many irrelevant, repetitive ads, disgusting pop up ads.News are sometimes not accurate and clickbait misleading exaggerated titles. On Facebook page , after COVID some videos/videos prompted racist remarks because of the negative headline on pandemic. So Upsetting to see some people joined in for racist comments.

Extremely Slow Shipping and Returns are a Hassle!

Ordered items on Black Friday and didn't receive them until AFTER Christmas! Totally unbelievable and unacceptable. Furthermore, the website claims they have a "hassle-free" returns process. This is total BS. You have to print out a return slip for the box, returns are not free, and then you have to create a label to stick onto the box. I feel like we're in the year 2000. I haven't returned an item from a large company in a decade where the process was as big of a hassle. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

No Facebook - No Service

Why is the website now asking you to confirm that you are a human by wanting you to log in using your facebook account? It was nice using the service twice a week till you started discriminating against people who don't have facebook.How do you get hold of a human at uber eats anyways? There are no contact details on the South African website. Faceless company.

So so disappointed with how Southwest…

So so disappointed with how Southwest has handled our refunds during the pandemic. We had our tickets booked for April 2020 which had to be cancelled due to the situation. The only option we were given it to use the credit in the next year. We do not live in the US and planning another trip during the last year with the situation still being bad was not possible. We live in the UK and obviously cannot travel in US domestic routes. Since the tickets are non transferable and there is no way for us to commit to a trip with the situation, our money is just stuck with the airlines with a voucher that we may not be able to use anytime in the near future

Outstanding Page Builder AND Fantastic Customer Support!

As a longstanding Wordpress user, Elementor Pro is hands down the best page builder I’ve used. The platform is incredibly intuitive and packed with features to create fantastic, functional websites. But beyond that is their outstanding customer support. I submitted a support ticket recently and received a response within minutes, with the issue fully resolved in less than a day. Their team is fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I've been a Elementor Pro user practically from its inception and while I've dabbled with other page builders since, I always come back to Elementor.

I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with my eBay account being restricted for the past six months, but unfortunately, I’ve received no help. I’ve spoken to multiple agents and have responded to their emails as requested. I was even told to expect a call from eBay to resolve this, but that hasn’t happened. The department responsible for this issue is apparently not allowed to contact me directly, and I keep receiving the same generic emails with no progress. I was promised last week that I would hear back within three working days, but that has yet to happen. The lack of support and poor customer service is incredibly frustrating. I hope eBay sees this and takes action to finally resolve this matter by contacting me directly. If there is any outstanding customer complaints which I haven’t resolved, I’m happy to deal with that because I understand customer always come first.

Seller claims delivery of an item that I didn't get

Seller claims delivery of an item that I never received. In addition, the person that signed does not work or reside here. I never received the product, and I'm totally out the $87.67. I believe the seller, alazo_94, is fraudulent, and the bad reviews is proof he has done this before in providing fake tracking. Ebay did nothing, PayPal did nothing, closed my claims, and sided with a fraudulent seller. I'm done buying anything from Ebay.
