I have loved Buzzsprout and how it’s allowed my podcast show to grow over the years. I’ve enjoyed being able to link to other platforms easily as well as being able to share the links to other platforms easily. I like the features where you can view podcast stats and where the podcasts are being downloaded. I love receiving the certificates of celebration when my podcast gets to a certain download number! As and when I’ve shared my success I’ve liked the extra social interaction the Buzzsprout team provides by celebrating my success over the years! Thank you for assisting in helping my podcast to grow. It’s greatly appreciated.

So, yet again. Half way through a broadcast. Rats!!!! Argggghhh!!!!!! BBC iplayer, not playing. Netflix, more four and Amazon all good signal today. BBC iplayer get your act together this is a very poor show with your billions of British taxpayers money. Please sort it out so that “”normal service can be resumed soon”. Concentrate on providing a service rather than advertising your own product. Which incidentally is often a private production company’s product. And can I have the thousands of pounds back that I paid in over the years please????

Never buying from them again. One of my returns got lost and loads of what’sapps later they won’t refund me so I will not give them another penny as they shafted me for thirty quid! Support small businesses, not these sharks!! Rubbish customer service!

I bought a new shaver and tried to use the £10 off voucher they gave me on a subsequent purchase. Their website accepted the voucher code but did not deduct £10 from the price. So for the last 2 weeks I have been trying to contact them on the WhatsApp number they publish. I am yet to receive a reply. Hopeless!!!

Just got a letter demanding £40 from my small company, and I must agree to have my address published online (or go to the additional expense to provide a PO box!). This seems rather excessive to keep the details of my six customers on my computer. I think I could manage to administrate this for about 40p per business per year not 40 quid. I can only imagine that this is a very poorly run and inefficient organisation to require such generous funding from every SME and sole trader in the country! It seems from the reviews on here that my assumption is probably correct

The Epoch Times is the most honest and impartial news source I've ever found. Even on controversial topics, it goes out of its way to cover all views fairly. For that reason, I've been a subscriber for several years now, and also purchased gift subscriptions for folks who are open to reading truth but think it is nowhere to be found.

I purchased Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G phone from Samsung on 3rd March 2022. Of lately, my phone is having issues with it’s in-call speaker and mic. I’ve tried all possible things to get a resolution for my under-warranty device including; - Calls to Samsung 13 times between 10th Dec 2022 and 12 Jan 2023, - Spent 192 minutes on phones, - Visit to Samsung Kiosk, Newmarket - Visit to Samsung repair centre Albany. Whatsoever, my issue remains unresolved and there is not even an ETA provided to me. As directed, I went to the repair centre and the technician assessed the phone and confirmed that it is a “hardware issue” and that “the part is not available in NZ”, and that “it is on back order with no ETA as to when they will receive it”. As the holiday season was approaching, they advised me to take the phone with me so that at least I can take photos with it over Christmas. They provided a reportat the end of their assessment. In the last weeks, I have chased Samsung numerous times, spent money on taxi fares, phone calls and my time. Yet, there is no response from Samsung. Their customer service is not at all efficient as each time I’ve called them, they have only taken my complaint and updated the ticket with NO further action at all. I have never received a call back from them as they have promised on several occasions in this regard. It has caused a lot of frustration to me and my family over the last four weeks. I cannot continue without a proper phone for making basic phone calls. Samsung has not provided any resolution to my issue and would not provide a loan phone while my phone is sent to them for assessment. Receiving and making phone calls on this device has become stressfully embarrassing as I have to put it on loud speaker every time to talk and listen while everyone can hear my conversation and the other side always hears their own voice echo.It is unbelievable how an internationally renowned brand like Samsung would let a customer down. I have purchased their high-end device worth a lot of money. It is a shame that they would not honour the warranty. It should not have to be so difficult in the end. I have had to spend all my Christmas and holiday time with a faulty device which failed the basic function of phone call quality. I dont understand where the delay is from last 4 weeks. I have opened a case against samsung as well under consumer law.

Awful service and experience. Will be my last Samsung device. The phone repair took 3 times longer than the quoted repair time and I needed to follow up several times. After I received the phone back, I noticed they did not place the new hinge on correctly and buttons stick out on the side. The device i now always overheating as well. This company i awful and I would suggest no one pays for this

Been family members for years but no more Week before lockdown you opened all the Gardens up for free to non members ( that turned out to be a good idea didn’t it?) and now places like Dunham Massey ( where there is no preference for paid up members). Direct debit cancelled and won’t be joining again - thanks for treating your membership with such disdain.

It took Amazon two months to provide a replacement computer when mine stopped working whilst within warranty.They wouldn't deal with me directly because I hadn't ordered the original. It was ordered on my behalf as I didn't have a device to make said order on. Amazon fobbed that person off repeatedly for two months. Not acceptable. I ended up buying another computer. So I now have two and am out of pocket.Prior to this I had always found Amazon's customer service to be bery good. But I will now avoid shopping with them for anything. Not that they'll care. They're not exactly struggling.

Booked a property via Vrbo and received no information from the host. Messaged numerous times so decided to call and no answer. The host finally answered 2 days before arrival and advised the property had a leak and we weren’t able to stay. Contacted Vrbo for a cancellation who were utterly useless… they required confirmation from the host that they were happy to cancel as there was no cancellation refund on the reservation… after >8 phone calls between the host and vrbo it was finally resolved.Worst company to deal with
