Worst Customer Service

I purchased Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G phone from Samsung on 3rd March 2022. Of lately, my phone is having issues with it’s in-call speaker and mic. I’ve tried all possible things to get a resolution for my under-warranty device including; - Calls to Samsung 13 times between 10th Dec 2022 and 12 Jan 2023, - Spent 192 minutes on phones, - Visit to Samsung Kiosk, Newmarket - Visit to Samsung repair centre Albany. Whatsoever, my issue remains unresolved and there is not even an ETA provided to me. As directed, I went to the repair centre and the technician assessed the phone and confirmed that it is a “hardware issue” and that “the part is not available in NZ”, and that “it is on back order with no ETA as to when they will receive it”. As the holiday season was approaching, they advised me to take the phone with me so that at least I can take photos with it over Christmas. They provided a reportat the end of their assessment. In the last weeks, I have chased Samsung numerous times, spent money on taxi fares, phone calls and my time. Yet, there is no response from Samsung. Their customer service is not at all efficient as each time I’ve called them, they have only taken my complaint and updated the ticket with NO further action at all. I have never received a call back from them as they have promised on several occasions in this regard. It has caused a lot of frustration to me and my family over the last four weeks. I cannot continue without a proper phone for making basic phone calls. Samsung has not provided any resolution to my issue and would not provide a loan phone while my phone is sent to them for assessment. Receiving and making phone calls on this device has become stressfully embarrassing as I have to put it on loud speaker every time to talk and listen while everyone can hear my conversation and the other side always hears their own voice echo.It is unbelievable how an internationally renowned brand like Samsung would let a customer down. I have purchased their high-end device worth a lot of money. It is a shame that they would not honour the warranty. It should not have to be so difficult in the end. I have had to spend all my Christmas and holiday time with a faulty device which failed the basic function of phone call quality. I dont understand where the delay is from last 4 weeks. I have opened a case against samsung as well under consumer law.
