The prices are going up but the quality…

The prices are going up but the quality is not there sometimes. Many products you buy have many bugs and are not finished products so then its time consuming to deal with the authors to try and get them fixed. Also, refunds are almost impossible to get!

Ordered food for delivery. My son's food made him sick and door dash refused to do anything about it saying they needed a picture of the issue. I told them I didn't think they wanted a picture of the result of the food poisoning. They insisted they needed a picture. They absolutely refused to do anything. In this age of e-coli and listeria poisoning, you would think they would want to inform their restaurant that they are serving poisoned food.

Used the MailOnline website as an app on my iPad for years but just recently most of the time I can’t get it to even load up on my iPad and it is ridiculously slow..what is going on , I feel I must remove the app altogether as I think it has a bug or something in deed in it to make my device run slowly ?

I ordered a couch over a month ago

I ordered a couch over a month ago. They delivered it to the wrong address in the wrong country and gave us a wrong order. They can see where the couch was delivered to, and they picked up the mistaken product. I have been on the phone 6 times at least to try and get a refund and every time I am told “you will get a refund in 24-48 hours”. I still do not have a refund and this has been a horrible experience. I will never shop here again and this is bordering on illegality.

Cheated by Salesman , Cheated by Customer Service

Hello,I have sent letters to the customer service but i have not got any response. On 2nd August i was cheated by a vodafone door to door salesman. A vodafone salesman came into my house and said that we are changing all the cables in the building and your internet might not work. I told him that i don't have anything to do with the internet. Since my landlord pays for it . So he said yes he sent me . I am just here to update the connection . Just to confirm can you show me your housing contract i went to look for the housing contract and he took the credentials from my debit card which was lying on the table. He then presented a tablet with no contract or anything and told me to right my name there just like i would do for a amazon packet just to confirm that i will be here to update the connection. He told me that some equipment would come and i don't need to open it because i will damage it.The next day a big box arrived . To my curiosity i opened it and fortunately found the false contract he had made in my name . He ordered lots of contracts in my name. With a bill piling up to 200 Euros per month. I realising the 14 day cool off period sent everything bank in time. And even wrote a kündigung to Vodafone to cancel all contracts in my name. I even called the technician myself to cancel the termin (who was also involved in this con scheme). I even wrote the customer and contract numbers i found in the contract and the box . Just to make sure that they don't come up with an excuse. I sent this letter on 9th of August 2019. After a order was placed in my name falsely on 2nd August. And sent back all the equipment on 8th August 2019 as i received it .I received a confirmation of kündigung and i thought this nightmare was over. But on 21. August .2019 Vodafone deducted about 80 euros from my account. Without sending me a bill or anything . I called customer service and they said there are still contracts in my name ? .. Isn't this obvious to you ? Even my name is not spelled correctly in the contract. I haven't even seen the contract at all. I have been cheated. The customer service has mistreated me . The technician has abused me on the phone . And even when i did everything correctly in time ? I am still paying ? How money crazy are you people ? Is basic humanity dead ? Or you guys cannot see beyond your aggressive market tactics ? .. My life is living hell thinking about what vodafone would bill me next ? Since i don't know anything . How many contracts what do they cost ? .. I am sick and tired of all of this. Please do something.Faraz Bhatti

The platform and interface is very buggy depending on what browser you use. it is also pretty complicated so be prepared to be very very computer savvy. Beyond that the tools used to maintain your database of emails is extremely poor and their customer service is terrible. They will not answer your questions directly continually refer you to they're useless knowledge base... And that's assuming they just don't ignore you. It's impossible to speak to a human to resolve an issue after 2 months of trying I eventually just quit. Save yourself the time the stress.

Has issues that LP support ignore.

I've been using Lastpass for a long time. With every website expecting stupidly long passwords Its pretty much compulsory to use a password manager these days.Lastpass has two big problems though.1. There is no support for free users. They have a user forum which users post issues but no one ever replies, not even other users.2. Lots of big websites seem to be incompatible with Lastpass. Trustpilot.com is an example. If you use chrome with the lastpass extension, you cant login with email at trustpilot.com because after entering your email address the password field briefly appears and then is gone. They only way to login is to use incognito mode or disable the lastpass extension. Trustpilot are not alone in this, fidelity.co.uk suffers the same problem.Despite being perhaps the most used password manager no one seems to test their website for compatibility and its anyone's guess if Lastpass even recognise this problem.

Congratulations to the CrocoBlock support team, in recent days, not long ago, I was a little frustrated and disappointed to see how their service was starting to look like that of Elementor (which is bad and leaves a lot to be desired).I left my review expressing my disappointment and naturally I once again needed the support of the CrocoBlock team.Regarding my previous review, CrocoBlock left me a response "...we do not take it seriously and we will work to improve..." I took it as words that are said and that's it. But no, to my great surprise and very pleasant indeed, once again I find in the CrocoBlock support team, a timely and decisive response to the concerns that we often have, some sometimes a little simple and others not so much.Once again my applause and congratulations to the CrocoBlock support team, this time I was fortunate to be served by Volodymyr, who gave me such good service that he inspired me to write a new review and find the time to do it, that's what The least I could do to show my gratitude, because his support was unconditional.Let's hope that they stay like this and that they are not going to degrade and appear to others.

So,I work 3 jobs and work 7 days a week while paying for collage. I sometimes get Friday evenings off. I took my niece just to try somewhere knee. I had never been into Ulta and I decided to try it today the one on (8487 Union Chapel Rd 720#).😡😡😡THEY TREATED ME AS IF I WAS GOING TO STILL SOMETHING!!!. Following me around! And all I wanted to do was look around to see what they had.( I had just worked all day). Never EVER SHOP THERE!!!....HA..went to sophora next door.☺️ They treated me with dignity. NEVER EVER GO TO ULTA!!! THEY WILL FOLLOW YOU AROUND!!!!. Shop sHOPE 👏👏👏

My business page was hacked in June '24…

My business page was hacked in June '24 which resulted in my personal fb page to be erased, losing everything for the last 15 years. (I'm most upset about the messages with deceased loved ones that are now gone.) They gave me 6 months to appeal. I regularly submitted requests to 3 different Facebook email addresses for these resolutions and never received a response from any of them.
