So apparently 2 years ago or something I didn't click a box so as a result they stole 90 pounds out of my account. When I called up reporting what I assumed was fraud the guy on the phone did nothing but try to get MORE money off me! Me trying to think of my time in customer services had a very difficult job not flipping the hell out! He eventually refunded after about 20 mins of trying to sell me something. My patience grew thin. Me NO THANK YOU!! how many times!! So I took to trust pilot and that's where I found out about the owner..why in God's name you're still using his name and not re branded is astonishing to me!! He's a pedophile!? Died after mentioning Epstine on twitter? Saying he'd go the same way?? Guess what? He 'died' in prison! The body is yet to be released? Wouldn't surprise me if by the time a body is released it wouldn't be recognisable! Change the name and stop stealing money for a start would be a suggestion and a requirement. No one is happy with the tiny little box that says 'tick here' or we'll keep taking from your account. Furthermore, I also read threads from many people who did get a refund..only to be charged again? They had to close their bank accounts to stop this happening! Ovoid!!

Third and LAST time I’ve tried ordering on line. Computer is horrible. Hard to navigate almost impossible to get a person who knows what they’re doing. If you can get a person, so much better site relies too much on hard to use computer. Get rid of web site and hire competent people. Bye target I’m gone.

I liked the site and being able to order the books I wanted. I disliked that I was offered a 10% discount at the beginning of the site, which I accepted, but this wasn’t carried forward to my purchase. Also I got a bit lost at the end of the process when I tried to pay for my books. Different windows appeared which I had difficulty negotiating. Also, I hope that I logged out safely.

We have used Lyft in the past and been very happy. But today we tried to get an Lyft in Plymouth, Indiana. At 7 PM it wait and save was 1-24 minutes .30 minutes later it said few seconds more for eight minutes. Cancelled and put in another request. Gave us a driver, Shannon, said would be there in 6 minutes. Looking on app she was going in the opposite direction. I texted her she was going the wrong way shape didn’t answer text or phone call. When she was 20 minutes away. Cancelled and put in over 6 requests, would say we are working on it and kick us off. There were no taxis to get us where we needed to go. At 9:30, a couple saw us sitting in front of the library and drove us to South Bend. We missed our train which was part of a long segment. So it cost us over $4500. on the train trip and over $800. to fly home . My husband is 84 with stage four cancer and couldn’t even get anyone to answer a call or help line. We don’t have the type of money to trust them again

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!The staff is not knowledgable if you talk in chat. Then when you call, they hang up on you when you get frustrated (no cursing). I had the wrong order be delivered (already beyond the 2 day shipping paid). I made my purchase and the wrong thing was delivered. Of course when I call they are all out of stock. When I expressed my frustration, they hung up! TWICE.Terrible terrible customer service.
