Cheated by Salesman , Cheated by Customer Service

Hello,I have sent letters to the customer service but i have not got any response. On 2nd August i was cheated by a vodafone door to door salesman. A vodafone salesman came into my house and said that we are changing all the cables in the building and your internet might not work. I told him that i don't have anything to do with the internet. Since my landlord pays for it . So he said yes he sent me . I am just here to update the connection . Just to confirm can you show me your housing contract i went to look for the housing contract and he took the credentials from my debit card which was lying on the table. He then presented a tablet with no contract or anything and told me to right my name there just like i would do for a amazon packet just to confirm that i will be here to update the connection. He told me that some equipment would come and i don't need to open it because i will damage it.The next day a big box arrived . To my curiosity i opened it and fortunately found the false contract he had made in my name . He ordered lots of contracts in my name. With a bill piling up to 200 Euros per month. I realising the 14 day cool off period sent everything bank in time. And even wrote a kündigung to Vodafone to cancel all contracts in my name. I even called the technician myself to cancel the termin (who was also involved in this con scheme). I even wrote the customer and contract numbers i found in the contract and the box . Just to make sure that they don't come up with an excuse. I sent this letter on 9th of August 2019. After a order was placed in my name falsely on 2nd August. And sent back all the equipment on 8th August 2019 as i received it .I received a confirmation of kündigung and i thought this nightmare was over. But on 21. August .2019 Vodafone deducted about 80 euros from my account. Without sending me a bill or anything . I called customer service and they said there are still contracts in my name ? .. Isn't this obvious to you ? Even my name is not spelled correctly in the contract. I haven't even seen the contract at all. I have been cheated. The customer service has mistreated me . The technician has abused me on the phone . And even when i did everything correctly in time ? I am still paying ? How money crazy are you people ? Is basic humanity dead ? Or you guys cannot see beyond your aggressive market tactics ? .. My life is living hell thinking about what vodafone would bill me next ? Since i don't know anything . How many contracts what do they cost ? .. I am sick and tired of all of this. Please do something.Faraz Bhatti
