Below Zero customer service

Ordered food for delivery. My son's food made him sick and door dash refused to do anything about it saying they needed a picture of the issue. I told them I didn't think they wanted a picture of the result of the food poisoning. They insisted they needed a picture. They absolutely refused to do anything. In this age of e-coli and listeria poisoning, you would think they would want to inform their restaurant that they are serving poisoned food.
