Review of bestwestern
TLDR: rented a non-smoking room, it was smoky when we showed up, I tried to negotiate a fair reimbursement with the GM and she became extremely aggressive with me, explored BBB and got nowhere because Best Western didn't respond. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. It was a bad experience.I booked a room at the Best Western Green Bay Inn Conference Center for the evenings of Saturday December 29, 2018 and Sunday December 30, 2018. I booked the room as a standard room, 1 king bed, non-smoking for two adults. I arrived for check-in the evening of 12/29 around 5pm. After checking in at the front desk, I went up to my room. The room reeked of smoke. I immediately went down to the front desk and asked to be re-located. The staff said that they couldn't re-locate us that evening because they were booked solid (due to the Packers playing the next day - we were in town to see the game). At that point I requested a discount. I was told that this needed to be discussed with the front desk manager the following day as the night staff couldn't make this decision. During this discussion, the night staff front desk clerks Krista and Brenda informed us that the previous night they rented the room to an individual that they described as unkempt and sketchy. They considered not renting the room to this individual, but they were fearful of a confrontation, so they decided to rent the room out, even though the man appeared to be unkempt. Therefore we spent one night in a room that was advertised as non-smoking, but clearly had a smoky smell. The following morning, I went down to the front desk around 7am to discuss with the front desk manager Mary. I had left a note with Krista and Brenda for Mary, but that note never got forwarded to Mary. I discussed the issue with Mary, and she said that a discount would have to be discussed with the GM. She offered to re-locate us for the evening of 12/30, but did not explain the relative proximity of the room nor whether it was equivalent or not to the room we were currently renting. She was busy because it was the day of the Packers game. It was explained to us that the room wouldn't be available until 3pm on 12/30. I told her this wouldn't work for us since we had plans for the entire day, and it was extremely inconvenient for us to move rooms due to our plans for the day. Mary explained to me that since I booked the room through Expedia, that Expedia would have to credit me for any discount that the GM offered. At that point I called Expedia to file a complaint about the smokey room. Expedia explained to me that they would sort out the issue with the hotel. This all happened before 10am on 12/30. As I checked out on 12/31, I asked to discuss the issue with the GM. The GM informed me that she would issue me a $43 discount for one night (for context, we paid $255 per night, and the room typically rents out for $135 when there is no Packer game. Additionally they charge guests $250 for a smoking fee - they probably weren't able to collect this, but that's the businesses problem, not mine) . I stated that this seemed unfair. At that point, she became very aggressive with me and very confrontational. She acted very rudely, and I felt uncomfortable continuing the conversation with her. She seemed unwilling to negotiate with me in person, so I explained to her that I would file a complaint through the Better Business Bureau, since I have rights as a consumer. I filed a complaint with the BBB on 1/8/19. After multiple efforts by the BBB trying to contact the business, they eventually closed the complaint because the Best Western never responded. I'm trying to resolve matters through the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade & Consumer Protection Bureau of Consumer Protection currently, but figured everyone else should know about my experience.

Review of thomann
Used Thomann a number of times now and have no problems recommending. Great price, quick delivery. Never had to contact them so I can't truly rate their customer service, but if you don't have any reason to call, then that's how I like it. I'm sure with the 30 day return policy and 3 year warranty all bases are covered.Overall great shopping experience.
Review of techopedia
Techopedia is a decent resource for someone just starting to explore technology. However, for someone with experience in the tech world, the articles sometimes feel too basic. I’d love to see more deep-dives and expert-level content.
Review of hypebeast
used to purchase from them and they used to be good. I don;t know what happened but their shipping & service is so horrible now. Purchased my shoes on 5 Nov 2022, and it is now 4 Dec 2022, a month later, and my shoes are still not delivered to me and nowhere to be found. Mind you, this is a shipment from Hong Kong to Singapore that can usually take 2-3 days with Fedex or DHL (which is what their website says they use). But instead, they use a Crane Shipping which last updated their tracking update of my parcel on 10 Nov, and then no updates whatsoever ever since. Their customer service on live chat isn't of any much help too. They keep saying they will check, but are unable to provide an answer as to which part of the world my parcel is at either. Will definitely not purchase from HBX again.
Review of braintreepayments
As a merchant, I would advise you to steer clear of this company. Unfortunately, this has become true of the entire industry, but since they are a part of this, I want to provide clear warning. In the same way local governments are now allowing people to steal from stores without prosecution, Braintree, along with the entire credit industry, allows customers to simply call "fraud" for any transaction. You can even provide proof that the item was delivered to customer. All customer has to state is "I didn't order it." My advice, use a service like Zelle. The charge industry has no problem charging you for their services but they have no intention in assisting you when there is a problem. This includes Braintree. Any representative they assign you will simply tell you they can't do anything about it.
Review of americanexpress
Wow so disappointed, at the third would customer service !! They promote as the best and most professional, but the reality is customer service equal to third world standards. They don't respond for days to problem and then they have no idea what to do and then they advise the department that can help, doesn't work in our countries daytime. It is very very telling that when i googled to add a review that there is no google review, they must pay google to remove it so people cant see all the bad reviews. Came to trustpilot and all the crap service i have experienced makes sense, there's so so so many other people also experiencing non existent and rude service. Stick with a more reputable credit card, save your precious time from being wasted and don't get an American Express card. Visa never gave crap service and give me airpoints too.
Review of buymeacoffee
Buy Me A Coffee has gone above and beyond for their content creators when they designed their site/business. The simplicity & ease of use especially for a beginner is top notch. I was looking for ways to promote BMC and they suggested to write a blog article about your experience and email them to see what they thought of it. Low and behold they won my respect and trust and also donated 5 coffee's to my page. They didn't have to do this or send me anything, I was just happy I found a interface that was intuitive and setup was a breeze.Thank you BMC, I will ABSOLUTELY be spreading the word about how wonderful and easy it is to setup a donation page for any type of content creators out there. Well done and Thank you!

Review of asus
I have bought a £1300/$1500 Asus laptop- a RTX 2060 in fact. I had high expectations. At first, there was nothing bad, apart from a slight underwhelming keyboard and bad trackpad, which I could live with. Then I benchmarked it, and I was shocked to see that it would only run Minecraft (at low settings) at around 25-50 fps. Yes, sometimes it ran to it's full potential but only when you've just started it and when it's cool. But that's the problem- under light gaming the laptop heats up to 35-40 degrees, and it won't run any game at over 70 fps. Then, it wouldn't connect to my WiFi and I was forced to use an ethernet port. On a "portable" gaming laptop. Shame on you, ASUS. I had higher expectations.
