We have been using this company for over 5 years. They all of a sudden charged us 5 times our Monthly plan, it has taken weeks to get a response, and their team said they couldn’t access our account. They were once good I’ll admit that, but over the last year it has been a nightmare to say the least. I normally don’t write reviews but after dealing with their support and how unprofessional they were I had to share this. Their new pricing took effect which should have only increased our Monthly billing by a few hundred bucks. Instead we got charged 5 times our monthly plan, then as far as a refund after going back and forth we got threaten with take it or leave it. What’s good is they gave me the ability to cancel, but if a company after 5 years is going to treat me like that why would I ever do Busniess with them. There are a ton of other platforms to use beside brevo once sendin blue. Happy to share better platforms with much better customer service.

Absolute joke. I’ve been lied to multiple times by their representatives over the years and provided horrible customer service. The latest was signing up for their cruise line package which provided zero coverage and having to pay separately on the cruise for a phone package. When I called the representatives to ask about a credit the manager lied and said they couldn’t see usage and that they could only provide a 50% credit when the last representative said they could do 100%, but I could potentially incur charges.Her name was Kimberley and she couldn’t provide a last name, employee id or any information to provide any accountability to her company. No wonder the customer service is so bad. I’ve seen it before with promotions, in store and other opportunities too. It’s a shame how terrible that deceit is standard practice here. Your customers deserve better. It’s not that hard to do the right thing, and your team consistently does the exact opposite. Such a shame.

10-May-2024OTTO is using Hermes for delivery and they are worst. Now for three consecutive days, Hermes say delivery attempted, but that's just outright lie. They never did. It is always the case when ordering things from OTTO. Please don't use OTTO as long as they do something about the deliveries. Update: Now package arrived on next attempt. But it doesn't contain the iPhone that was order rather Samsung A04e .. I really regret order from OTTO now.Update: 14-May-2024It has been more than a month, no refund from Otto. They keep replying that it is under process, but nothing happens.

They keep sending me pop ups asking for for more money when i paid £24.99 on 16/11/2022 to 16/11/2023. There is no uk customer service number when i went on the search engine to look for one. They are suppose to protect my device but how can that be done when i cannot even scan my device. My recommendation is to stay away from this company. I sent them an email tonight without a positive reply.

If you are thinking of buying some Dude branded shoes, please do not use the website below. I recently placed an order to the value of £74.00, I was charged £79.00 without good cause or reason. The site also offered a first time purchase of 10% which was never deducted. I have on several occasions tried to email and contact this company for order confirmation and information on shipping and delivery. There has been absolutely no response and another email address is returned as 'NOT KNOWN'. www dudefootwearuk com mensI SAY AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. I have launched an investigation with Paypal and they are looking into my complaint. It would appear that this website is a SCAM and will take your money and not supply the goods.

I've been a user of Figma for the past 6 years. I truly love the product and especially the collaborative features. I like the recent redesign, although I hope it's not going to change any time soon as it takes a while to get used to a new layout. The AI layer renaming was a great addition, it saves me tons of time. However, there are a couple of issues that have been frustrating. Aside from the well-known zoom bug, the app becomes significantly slower once a page reaches a critical size. At times, its literally the most resource-intensive app on my desktop, to the point where I have to shut it down to free up memory for other tasks. I really hope you can optimize resource usage more effectively...Overall still a good product and, tbh, much better than any alternative

signed up for a free trial, then was automatically signed up the 365 plan costing me £28/month, when I said I wanted to cancel I had to pay a cancellation fee of £24 to get out of the contract. Then on the last day of the contract I went to use up the remaining credit I had but they had stopped my plan early. Avoid signing up for the free trial, customer service and not helpful.

THE SECOND WAS A HORRIBLE WOMAN WHO GOT IN MY CAR ON HER PHONE NEVER SAID A WORD TO ME UNTIL I WAS GETTING READY TO TURN SHE YELLED AT ME AND SAID YOU NEED TO TURN LEFT RIGHT THERE, ALL I SAID WAS YES I KNOW THE APP IS GIVING ME DIRECTIONS AND SAYS TO TURN LEFT. SHE HAD BEEN ON THE PHONE COMPLAINING TO HER FRIEND ABOUT HOW HER BOYFRIEND CALLS HER TOO MUCH FROM THE JAIL AND SHE WAS MAD BECAUSE HER FAMILY WOULD NOT PICK HER UP AND SHE HAD TO TAKE A LYFT AND COULD NOT AFFORD IT. SHE SPIT ON ME, CALLED ME RACIST GOT OUT MY CAR THAN TRIED TO BREAK MY DOOR. SHE SPIT ALL OVER MY CAR, SHE PICKED UP A TREE BRANCH AND WAS HITTING MY CAR, PUT SCRATCHES ALL OVER THE SIDE. I HAD TO TURN MY CAR AROUND AND AS I WAS TURNING SHE CAME RUNNING UP SPITTING AT ME LIKE A CAMEL AND THREATENING ME. I SPRAYED MY MAZE TO KEEP HER AWAY FROM MY CAR AND SHE WAS LAUGHING SAYING SHE WAS GOING TO REPORT ME AND CAUSE ME TO LOSE MY JOB!! AS SOON AS I GOT AWAY I CALLED AND REPORTED HER TO LEFT SAFETY. I WAS TOLD SHE HAS DONE THIS BEFORE, THE GUY SOUNDED LIKE SHE DOES THIS ALOT. HE TOLD ME MY RECORD WAS EXCELLENT, A 5 STAR RATING AND ALL GOOD COMPLIMENTS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT AT ALL. I deposited £1,000 and never received my money. I started to message their chat bot but I was waiting hours between each reply and then it stopped replying. I emailed them explaining the situation and no reply. I called the bank and explained what happened and they said the money has left their side and Crypto.com are holding it. I sent more emails with no reply. When they finally replied, it was with an automated email and suggested no solution. I have now emailed multiple times suggesting a refund as I do not want to use the platform anymore but have had nothing back. The customer service comtact number is in Singapore and I can not connect to anyone. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY !!!!
