I deposited £1,000 and never received my money. I started to message their chat bot but I was waiting hours between each reply and then it stopped replying. I emailed them explaining the situation and no reply. I called the bank and explained what happened and they said the money has left their side and Crypto.com are holding it. I sent more emails with no reply. When they finally replied, it was with an automated email and suggested no solution. I have now emailed multiple times suggesting a refund as I do not want to use the platform anymore but have had nothing back. The customer service comtact number is in Singapore and I can not connect to anyone. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MONEY !!!!
