We have been using this company for over 5 years. They all of a sudden charged us 5 times our Monthly plan, it has taken weeks to get a response, and their team said they couldn’t access our account. They were once good I’ll admit that, but over the last year it has been a nightmare to say the least. I normally don’t write reviews but after dealing with their support and how unprofessional they were I had to share this. Their new pricing took effect which should have only increased our Monthly billing by a few hundred bucks. Instead we got charged 5 times our monthly plan, then as far as a refund after going back and forth we got threaten with take it or leave it. What’s good is they gave me the ability to cancel, but if a company after 5 years is going to treat me like that why would I ever do Busniess with them. There are a ton of other platforms to use beside brevo once sendin blue. Happy to share better platforms with much better customer service.
