Communication

Had a couple of questions regarding the acoustic I bought. Called 6 times and was promptly transferred to "guitars" where 5-times I was 'on-hold' for 5 to 10 minutes before terminating the call. The 6th-call (10:26 am 8/27) was pleasant and I was able to get my questions answered. It's notable the person who helped me was not a "guitar" guy. I also sent an email on 8/25 that still has no reply. PS. Please ensure the gig bag is shipped with the guitar. Thank you

I have a gift card that I got from my employer for DSW. I have stopped by several times to include today. I finally saw a pair of Van's that I really liked. I went to try them on but there was one of those electronic devices on the shoes that had been locked over the laces. I couldn't try them on because the top of the shoe would not open enough to try them on. Well, if you have a theft problem then you are safe. You didn't, however, get a sale! I will choose a different store the next time my employer offers a gift card.

Great podcast hosting platform!

We loved using Buzzsprout! Easy to use, great customer support. Good pricing plans. We especially liked the option to keep our podcast up while not publishing new episodes!

Review of mcafee

Harassers. stay clear of Mcafee.

Purchased new laptop which had Mcafee installed with a 1 week free trial. After the week was up and I had not signed up and paid them, I was bombarded with warnings that my computer was infected with 5 viruses which was a total lie.Mcafee are nothing but harassing liers and should be avoided at all costs.

This was my worst experience with flipkart I have ordered Phillips juicer 1863/20 (ID- OD1141071747435000) with pre payment, Flipkart promise to delivered on 12/12/18 but then message it will delivered on 10/12/18, but refuse then promise to delivered on 11/12/18 again the delivery boy refuse to give then promise to delivered on 12/12/18 again refuse, The delivery boy say no to come on my address direct, I complaint for this issue atleast 5-6 times to flipkart customer care but no proper action was taken, And they promise to delivered on 13th then 14th then 15th and then they cancelled it without my permission because their delivery boy was not delivered my ordered, This is very very bad, Never ever want to shop with flipkart again also advice to all not to shop with this site, I don't know why i need to give even single star to this shopping website just the worst shopping site.

Just a horrendous streaming service with even worse customer service

Just a horrendous streaming service. I have logged at least 5 tickets, responded to after the day the event has taken place, like clock work. I have asked for a refund because I paid up front and for a Connor McGregor fight that I never saw and they told me too bad. I could cancel, which I did, but there will be no refund. I signed up in January....they said I could access until it's expiration....just horrendous customer service and flat out tone deaf in the current state of the world and the economy.

Found out that Spotify were illegally taking money from my bank account as someone had signed up using my bank account details (only for a Spotify subscription.... Really!) Seems this happens quite a lot so please check for any Spotify transactions on Yr banking apps. Needless to say Spotify not too fussed about stopping this as they are still making money!

Review of cengage

Cengage ruins college education

I am considering not pursuing my degree because of this awful system. If you want to spend upwards of 30 hours per week PER CLASS on Cengage, then by all means. It's not just the reading material. You also have constant quizzes, videos to watch + quizzes about the videos, concept challenges, and weird "games" that determine if you have fully "grasped" the concept or not. This literally takes hours, days, even. I was crying because the work just NEVER ENDS. Even worse, many teachers have gotten really lazy and replace Cengage with actual teaching. So they don't answer emails, they don't grade, and you don't even see their face.

How the Better Business Bureau (BBB) is…

How the Better Business Bureau (BBB) is Being Exploited in 2025: A Closer Look at Unethical PracticesIn 2025, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) continues to be a prominent organization that serves as a guide to consumers, helping them make informed decisions about businesses and services. BBB’s mission is to promote trust between consumers and businesses by providing a platform for reviews, accreditation, and resolving disputes. However, not all businesses play by the rules, and some have found ways to exploit BBB’s system for their own gain. This article explores how some companies are using unethical practices to manipulate their BBB ratings, ultimately misleading consumers and damaging the integrity of the BBB.1. Understanding the BBB’s RoleThe BBB serves as a neutral third party to help businesses and consumers interact in a trustworthy manner. Businesses can earn accreditation by meeting specific standards, such as honesty in advertising, resolving consumer complaints, and maintaining ethical business practices. In addition to accreditation, the BBB offers ratings, which range from A+ to F, based on factors like transparency, complaint history, and customer trust.Consumers often rely on the BBB’s rating system to evaluate the reputation of a business before making purchases or entering into agreements. However, with the increasing reliance on the BBB’s platform, some unscrupulous companies have discovered ways to game the system and give the appearance of trustworthiness—while, in reality, they are anything but.2. Manipulating Complaints to Boost BBB RatingsOne of the more common unethical tactics used by companies to manipulate their BBB ratings is the handling of consumer complaints. A business with a poor complaint history can be a major deterrent to potential customers. To maintain or improve their rating, some companies employ strategies to suppress or remove complaints from their record. These methods can include:

Closed my account without explanation

Closed my account without explanation. I think that they should be required to to refund wire fees from my bank wiring the funds in and for trades converting the funds to USDC and then back, but am fighting that war now. It's a relatively small amount, but I may have to check with an attorney about a class action suit if they won't.
