I have ordered Yu Ace Mobile( Order ID: OD113628017026243000) for exchange with my existing Redmi 3S, The delivery person today (17/10/2018) refused to do the exchange as it doesn't complies with their requirements, Even my mobile is in good working condition, it was a very bad and worst experience for me the terms and conditions framed by flipkart while ordering is different from the T&C while delivering, Its a mentally frustrated by ekart, i have unistalled the flipkart app and no more recommend flipkart to my friend circle. Very cheap business activity by the flipkart.Vinodh Kumar
