The support people with Backblaze are totally disinterested in helping. The most they will do is send you links to their website. I went through all of the hoops multiple times and all I get is error messages. They just don't care! I've tried to deal with the for weeks.

I vote 1* just because of the popup alert after every closed session. My game needs to always be on top to run the autobot, i used to remote check my game but every time I closed the session, the fcuking idiot popup about charging a fair showed up and broke my game autobot. If you want the users to play fair just do good stuff and don't do the shit

Worst sports network around... commentators are horrible, along with CBS All Access that I pay for cuts out the last minute of the UGA Notre Dame game for another show. Always hated this network, let ESPN cover sports.

No Support, Bad Customer Service

They don't have features, everything is chargeable, you cannot install a payment gateway. Customer service is extremely rude, money hungry company. Charging every month for hosting a crappy store, which is good for newbies until they realize what a big mistake they have made.

DNA test vanished from account

I got one of the standard DNA tests a while ago, and i submitted the sample around mid april. i registered the kit, got it activated and received all updates up to the DNA is being analyzed. two days before i was supposed to receive the results, the DNA test vanished from my account. I contacted support and they said it was manually deleted, and that i’d have to buy another test. i did not delete it and it was not linked to a different account.

I love the variety of subjects

I love the variety of subjects. I enjoy learning so being able to find audiobooks that I can listen to and learn from while doing mundane tasks is awesome. The reason for the rating of 4 instead of 5 is that you have to have a relatively newer phone to use it. I was having trouble for months before I found out that it was actually my phone that was the problem. One book would work great & the next would have all kinds of problems. I will say the when you write in for support they get back to you pretty quickly and they do try to help.

Only had the chance to learn French in school, and it was taught very badly. Now am taking the chance to learn a new language and much enjoying this.I honestly do not know why it has such a low score. It does not deserve it at all.Despite claims to the contrary, you CAN practice and gain more hearts, the adverts are brief and really not annoying (they have nothing on Youtube ads), and the lessons are useful.I see a lot of cheapskates complaining that the free app is not good enough for them to become fluent. Well, it's free. How about you consider PAYING for something that you use?Overall then, ignore the low score on here; its made up of people who are not really giving an honest picture (are they paid by the competition?). I've been using it a couple of weeks now and my german truly is improving!

Have called 3 times today to the company Bed Bath and Beyond shipped through (LSO - Lone Star Overnight)...was supposed to get here 3 days ago. Called LSO....one time, disconnected while on hold @ 22 minutes. and two more around the 14 minute mark. Called once yesterday...disconnected at 15 minutes.Something's not right. Bed Bath and Beyond was who is using them for my product. Won't shop at Bed Bath and Beyond online anymore. Terrible.
