Emirates customer service is a joke. The flight was late, they moved me from a paid window seat to the middle. No apologise, no option to have free window seat on the return flight instead. Customer service cannot do anything, fill the form if you are not happy... No more flights with them!

Ongoing Twitter messages with Philips accusing me of lying that the guarantee on my Lumea Precision plus is expired. They do not seem to understand the the product may have been on the shelf in Boots for a lot longer. They offered me 20% of a new one but don't seem to understand that all I want is my one repaired under the guarantee as it is a manufacturers fault. They seem to know this as there are plenty of reviews confirming this but they don't want to help. This has been going on for about 6 months now. It's terrible.

I had Purchased an Air fryer from Flipkart and its having manufacturing defect and their delivery person delivered that item saying that it is same with all the products, now flipkart denied to replace the product and ask me to contact the brand. Now they are just playing with me like a football.

Disney Plus finally convinced me to subscribe to their offer to watch "Bref 2". But then: it is impossible to pay! They refuse the card I use for every service in the world, with only a 2-word error message "Restricted card" and no other information. Ridiculous. Hope those practices will be investigated by government agencies.

Please don't get scam like I was by applying to their bs job. They just want your data. They make you send them important infos (including footage of yourself) and make you work for free to some fake AI training tests, then you will never hear them from them again. BEWARE, DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.I want my data deleted from their platform and if I don't get a response, I will expose them to my following. Simple and always effective when a scam business acts dumb and deaf.

So far, so good. I feel more secure with their transactions than with other cards, and the membership fee has more than paid for itself with items like insurance and perks. It's definitely a card for those with an active, mobile, social lifestyle - couldn't see the value of it otherwise. No issues that needed customer service yet, so fingers crossed I never need it. If anything, they could improve their app and website integration - especially when it comes to partner offers, you need to dig around quite a bit to get a clear picture.

Following on from the eloquent reviews below, I too am incensed at this blatant overcharge of £9 for returning a dress to the Swindon address (it has now cost me £14 just to try on the dress!). I unsuccessfully tried calling A&F’s Customer Service on two different days during business hours, only to hear a pre-recorded message saying they “were unable to assist at this time”. The best thing everyone can do is stop shopping with A&F, which will hurt their turnover (and profits) and they won’t like that one iota.I have written to “RIP Off Britain”, with my experience. I suggest that other affected customers do the same.
