This is the worst company. Our credit card had fraud on it, so the bank changed the card number. Suddenly our website was not working, we check everything and find out the domain auto-renew didn't go through. I immediately paid with a new credit card. We have an ecommerce site that employs 6 people and a warehouse, so having the store open is supremely important. After I paid, site still down. I chat with support, they assure the site will be up again after it propagates, ad we know this process can be quick for some regions and up to 24 hours for far away places. The server is in CA, as are we. After another 12 hours, website is down, we ask for DNS changes, updates, chat, nothing, 24 hours go by, try all of the above over and over, nothing. Domain.com's server was not evening pinging, something was seriously wrong. We just wanted the site to be up. We had no choice but to initiate a transfer to godaddy. Checking in daily. Domain won't tell us what's wrong and won't work on the webiste (that they broke) because a transfer is in progress. What a nightmare. It's been 9 days since our site went down, 6 days since we initiated transfer. We are stuck in limbo. Domain.com won't fix the problem and is holding the domain for hostage. They don't have a phone #, and chat just keeps giving the run around. Meanwhile our small business still incurring overhead with 0 revenue is teetering on the edge.
