After making a reservation with booking.com I found the exact same room and options (breafast included etc) at a cheaper price directly with the hotel. I tried to use their price match offer and included links to the room and a screen shot of the price. For an unknown reason the claim was rejected. I spent 2 days on a chat just to get them to send the link to make a claim which they took a week to reject. In my opinion it's a scam, I would use another booking website. I will not use booking.com again. Inflated prices, useless customer service and they passed the wrong details onto the hotel (which i corrected myself rather than going through the hassle of trying to contact them again).

I get harassed daily by this unscrupulous company with emails asking me to check my citation rankings or “mentions” when I have none. I have never uploaded a paper nor should I have mentions. Try to unsubscribe, and one is faced with a list of over 100 options. Are you people serious? The over-aggressive marketing strategy seems at odds with the way the academic works works. I get less emails and notifications from Instagram and Amazon. And especially when everything you send is designed to get me to sign up for a premium account. It’s annoying and intrusive. And come on, get a little smarter with how you are marketing a very specific product. And, also I don’t ever remember opting in to any of this rubbish

A month ago I realized that SA had lost the link to my brokerage accounts when it failed to reflect a sale of an entire position. I had difficulty contacting support because it said I needed to use another browser (it was Safari). I got past that and since then have a repeated loop: told to remove, reinstall, log in, unlink and relink- I can’t access instructions in Knowledge Base - I reply indicating that I have removed and reinstalled the app and logged in - makes no difference- then a identical response. I last responded 4 days ago and haven’t had a response. I am 4 time zones distant from EST which gives me a narrow window to call. Despite asking for my phone no on form there hassle been any effort to make phone contact by them. I literally just got a response……TELLING ME TO CHECK THE KNOWLEDGE BASE. Clearly a robo response Date of Experience is date I first contacted SA support.On 2/5/24 SA replied to Trustpilot saying that Plaid - used to link accounts - was having trouble with Fidelity. This after weeks of their “customer support” giving me instructions to reinstall the app. I couldn’t access aspects of their app in addition to the failed link. I still can’t. Offered phone support I tried to coordinate it because I am in a different time zone - 4 hours earlier - without success. After 8 weeks (or more) they finally have given me a phone number to call. I still rate their support as terrible.

We needed help with our sign on, we already had a electrical tech at the house and they had tried everything with no luck. We called 855-847-6378 which is supposed to be customer support for Nest but they kept hanging up on us every time we would tell them our problem. We called back three times and were hung up on three times then the line was busy thereafter. Our technician said to just use google so that is what we will do from now on but I just wanted everyone to know before you sign up for Nest, look around, any other Company you find will be 100% better than Nest if you ever need support!

Domestika’s cancellation and refund policy, which is unclear at the time of subscription, has made this situation even more frustrating.I urge anyone considering subscribing to Domestika to be cautious and thoroughly review the terms before committing, as the subscription model lacks transparency and support for unintentional charges.

I have a problem with Chegg I have been charge for my account through TrueMoney wallet and I have evidence i was charged 529 and I can’t used the app my account have problems and I ask them for refund they said they couldn’t find the account even tho I have evidence since I needed for my work i create new accout paid for it 2 days later my account got suspended and I have got an F on my course cuz Chegg has suspended my account for 2 days so I want to unsubscribe and want both my refund I was charge twice but instead of helping me they blame me and talk bad to me so I was thinking I’m going to my lawyer to charges Chegg therefore I do not recommend anyone to use chegg

Parallels is an excellent application. I use it on my Mac to run Windows 11. The performance of Windows 11 running in Parallels was quite astonishing. Much better than I had anticipated. I also appreciate how seamless it is to transfer files between my mac and my virtual windows environment.

My partner has been a life member for many years and we visited a lot, locally and on route to and during holidays. Pre Covid we had given feedback on the cafe arrangements ie dull, corporate and had started to eat elsewhere and some promoted house events were lack lustre. Since Covid tried to book but no joy and now there’s space we find the worst booking system ever and little on offer so gave up. If that’s how it’s going to be, then you’ve lost custom. So for our first break since February we will instead be visiting places that make it easy for us to visit and have something to offer. It’s no good going on the radio to ask members to support you if you’re not providing a service. Clearly we need pragmatic people at the top who actually listen and care and understand what visitors want/need. It’s not happening at present. A big vote of no confidence!
