Dashlane customer service was AMAZING! The team answered my inquiry in an extremely prompt manner and is very easy to get a hold of, which can be left to be said if other companies! The team member I communicated with was friendly, professional, and her solutions worked beautifully.

I ordered a cardigan..Great. But the issue was I received a £20 off voucher from yourselves at check out said it would be deducted when sent but it wasn't. When I contacted via messenger was asked to send evidence if the email, which I couldn't do and tbh could have checked it yourselves. To date still paid full amount.

Hello,I’m a celebrity chef here in United Kingdom, my account was hacked and disabled last month. This is an update, to my previous experience, I have still had no customer service and it seems that they really do not care at all. They do not care, that I have my business page attached and that I’ve lost all my connections. All my personal data has been stolen and it took several years to build up. I’ve tried contacting Facebook/Meta and received nothing back. There is no customer support and they have completely left me in the dark. I’ve written to their legal department and Fraud Police are now investigating.If this has happened to anyone else, I feel your pain and I am truly sorry this has happened to you.
