Unintended Charge and Poor Customer Support Experience

I subscribed to Domestika under the impression that I was signing up for a discounted monthly plan. However, I was unexpectedly charged $167.30 for an annual subscription, which I did not consent to. As a student, this is a significant financial burden, and I was not adequately informed that my plan would automatically convert into a yearly charge.Despite reaching out to customer support, I received a generic response stating that the charge was due to a free trial, which I never activated. I’ve requested a refund, but so far, there’s been no resolution. Domestika’s cancellation and refund policy, which is unclear at the time of subscription, has made this situation even more frustrating.I urge anyone considering subscribing to Domestika to be cautious and thoroughly review the terms before committing, as the subscription model lacks transparency and support for unintentional charges.
