Missing SEPA Deposit – Poor Support and Lack of Resolution from Binance

On March 17th, I made a SEPA deposit via instant bank transfer to my Binance account. My bank confirmed that the funds were successfully sent and received by Harmoniie SAS (the recipient bank indicated by Binance) on the same day. However, the funds have still not been credited to my Binance account.I have contacted Binance support multiple times, but the responses have been generic and unhelpful. They claim the funds have not arrived, but they have made no effort to verify the status of the transfer directly with Harmoniie SAS. This lack of proactiveness and transparency is extremely frustrating, especially since I have made SEPA deposits in the past without any issues.Several days have passed, and my money is effectively missing. I urgently request that someone from Binance take the necessary steps to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. The lack of communication and action from support is seriously undermining my trust in the platform.I hope this situation is resolved promptly and efficiently, as issues like this should not occur, especially with a company of Binance’s size and reputation.Case ID # 138936985

They imply that attempts to cancel service have been successful, then charge ANNUAL renewals without any notifications whatsoever-- and subsequent attempts to investigate rejected cancellation are predicated upon a mandatory agreement by client to "surrender balance of payment made"... HOW CAN THIS BE LEGAL???

paid a thousand dollar deposit and wanted to transfer the cruise to my brother and they kept the thousand dollars and want us to pay another thousand to book the same exact cruise. I talked to several customer service people and their supervisors and they said they would do nothing even though they are gaining a thousand dollars. They are rude and only want your money they made that very clear. I paid a thousand dollars to book a cruise and wanted to transfer to my brother but they want to keep the thousand and get another thousand to make the change. they wont as much as apologize.

Wretched experience with Expedia - My flights booked with Air Marroc…

My flights booked with Air Marroc through Expedia has been a wretched experience - I will not use Expedia again. After numerous attempts to resolve the flight booking issues, I arrived at the airport and my name and travel date and time were not in this system. This is unacceptable and will be highly disputed with my credit card involved. The Expedia system for resolving such concerns was ineffective and beyond painful particularly as it was ultimately not resolved, and additional tickets through another source had to be purchased.Again, after this experience, I will not use Expedia again, nor could I recommend the company to friends and family.

Car rental excessive hidden charges

Booked a car and paid in full. At the pick up location a deposit of 1800 Euro was requested in order to get the rental i paid for in advance. I refused to pay the excessive amount. Expedia customer support did nothing to rectify the issue and no refund issued. I was left stranded with no rental car .

Parcel says delivered whilst on holiday dpd tracking states delivered with neighbour have asked neighbour they haven’t got the parcel tracking just shows house , not the parcel being handed ,Have been on numerous chats with asos And they refuse to help me the order was £100+ I haven’t received it and have asked them for replacement or refund they said they can’t help as dpd have said they delivered however I haves asked asos for help as I’m their customer they should be looking after me they won’t help every time in the chat it’s the same thing , missing parcel , no refund , not happy said I’d take it to trading standards also as dpd haven’t done their job properly clearly

I really like using Xero. It's very user friendly and the "help" is good. There are some handy shortcuts like copying invoices, bills and uploading bills directly which saves time. The more I get to know it the more I like it.I started this job with very little experience in bookkeeping and not feeling very confident, however, Xero has played a large part in me gaining confidence.Highly recommend.

CONTENT CREATORS BEWARE

CONTENT CREATORS BEWARE. It seems that anyone can report your pin as copyrighted and Pinterest will refuse to properly let you know which one (so you are never able to send proof that it’s your pin). You will also be prompted to file a counter-notice and at that point need to share private information: like name and home address and email that will be given to a random STRANGER who made the claim. Here’s the kicker, they get to see your information but you don’t even know who they are. Note: I NEVER share my private information with anyone. And they will just take it down. They sent me a pin link but it says “this pin has been removed” with a blank screen so how on earth they want me to know what it is, it beyond me. Also initially they sent me an email saying 2 of my pins are copyrighted (one was to a youtube video in another language) and another a medium article. I checked both, both content has nothing to do with mine. My content is unique. After much insistence they then changed it and said no it’s only one pin. Surprise surprise with a completely different complainant. This just proves the incompetence from their team. Communicating with their customer was like pulling teeth. This lasted 2 months. It was to date one of the WORST customer service experiences I have ever had. Sometimes I wouldn’t get a response for more than 2 weeks. And was constantly had to chase after them. Only to be met with a generic useless response of repeating the same thing. As a business owner this took away from my time and mental health, but Pinterest was absolutely incompetent with their customer service. I was left with the impression that they don’t care about their customers. Proof that they are not even responding to comments on Trustpilot something any serious companies would take seriously. BUSINESS OWNERS and CONTENT CREATORS pass your way, who says one day your content will not get taken down and you’ll have absolutely nothing to do about it, plus you will feel compelled to counteract and your private information will be shared to a random stranger.
