On March 17th, I made a SEPA deposit via instant bank transfer to my Binance account. My bank confirmed that the funds were successfully sent and received by Harmoniie SAS (the recipient bank indicated by Binance) on the same day. However, the funds have still not been credited to my Binance account.I have contacted Binance support multiple times, but the responses have been generic and unhelpful. They claim the funds have not arrived, but they have made no effort to verify the status of the transfer directly with Harmoniie SAS. This lack of proactiveness and transparency is extremely frustrating, especially since I have made SEPA deposits in the past without any issues.Several days have passed, and my money is effectively missing. I urgently request that someone from Binance take the necessary steps to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
