screwed out a 1000 dollars for a name change.

paid a thousand dollar deposit and wanted to transfer the cruise to my brother and they kept the thousand dollars and want us to pay another thousand to book the same exact cruise. I talked to several customer service people and their supervisors and they said they would do nothing even though they are gaining a thousand dollars. They are rude and only want your money they made that very clear. I paid a thousand dollars to book a cruise and wanted to transfer to my brother but they want to keep the thousand and get another thousand to make the change. they wont as much as apologize.
