SURVEY MONKEY SHOULD BE PROSECUTED! They imply that attempts to cancel service have been successful, then charge ANNUAL renewals without any notifications whatsoever-- and subsequent attempts to investigate rejected cancellation are predicated upon a mandatory agreement by client to "surrender balance of payment made"... HOW CAN THIS BE LEGAL???
