Really Disappointed – Rigid Policy, No Customer CareI’ve been a loyal ASOS customer for years, but this latest experience has completely changed how I feel about the brand.I tried to return multiple unworn items - still in their original packaging - just one day after the 28-day return window. I only kept one dress that fit, and the others were just backup options and didn’t even come out of their plastic bags. I’ve been away and didn’t get a chance to sort the return in time.Despite explaining all of this, ASOS refused to help. No flexibility, no goodwill gesture, not even a credit note. Just a cold response quoting the T&Cs repeatedly from Rohit. What makes it worse is that ASOS was a day late delivering my previous order - despite me paying for next-day delivery and receiving confirmation it would arrive on time. Because of that delay, the parcel was dumped in my bin, and sat there for nearly a week while I was on holiday. So they’re allowed to be late, but I get penalised for being one day late with a return? I’ve asked for this to be escalated, but I fully expect another copy-paste reply quoting the policy.Really poor customer service. It’s not about policy - it’s about people. ASOS has clearly lost sight of that.
