We recently booked a stay in London on the VRBO website. Shortly after the booking on their website we have been scammed by the person who pretended to be the owner / manager of the property. We realised shortly after that it was a scam as the same person tried taking another 1000, 500 and 300 UK Pounds from our credit card via stripe. I contacted VRBO costumer service centre when I became suspicious abt the booking and I was told the listing was legitimate! Only when I recontacted VRBO and insisted on the fact that I was scammed and the property owner / manager of that listing was a crook they recommended me cancelling the booking. We had rot cancel the booking, not VRBO!! No apologies, nobody contacted us afterwards, nothing from VRBO!! Zero customer service and scary they don't take inquiries about suspicious activities on the ir website from customers serious ! Very disappointing experience and I will definitely NEVER use them again!!

Please beware, when purchasing Pandora items online, If you ever have an issue, your problem will not be resolved at a store level. I was recently told that the stores are independently operated and has no association with online orders They are not liable to play a role in resolving any problems you may encounter when you place an order online. In my estimation their products are overrated in terms of quality and not worth the aggrevation you have to go through when trying to return or exchange an item purchased online. Couple this with the poor customer service I received when contacting customer service, let's just say I will no longer spend my money with them instore or online. Hard to believe that such a poplar retailer has such little value for their customers.

Hulu has been double charging my account since May 2022. 1 charge at the price it was before the increase, then a few days to week later another charge for the increased amount before it was increased. I add nothing or rent movies so there is no reason for this.

Care.com should not have the billing auto-renew feature set to true. I found a provider for my child somewhere else and was automatically charged $80 for a quarter that was billed to my credit card. I haven't even logged into Care.com for over 90 days nor used it's services. Care.com would not provide a full or even a partial refund back even though they can check their logs to see I haven't used their services for over 3 months. They told me sorry, that's our policy. I cannot recommend using Care.com based on the lack of customer service. Live and learn...

My personal experience was great. The show was ended early because of the intense heat. But the venue was not prepared for this concert and the heat. Lots of medical emergencies took place and there was very little cold water available for a reasonable price (which should have been free tbh). And there were several people who followed the rules (got in line at the times listed for soundcheck) who were denied entry. The only reason they were denied entry was because the venue was using ONE metal detector for EVERYONE and couldn't get through everyone that paid for soundcheck in time before it started. The amount of help that the venue staff provided was terrible and they should have prepared better. Even with a 15 minute pause in the concert and giving out water (hot from the heat, but finally) the concert couldn't continue and we were all then told to leave at once.This all could have been better if the venue was just more prepared for the amount of people as well as the weather.

The worst experience I ever had. I’ve been Sephora customer for over 7 years, purchasing expensive products from them regularly. Recently I returned Tom Ford shimmering body oil, and they emailed me saying that return arrived but they won’t issue refund because they received lip balm instead of body oil. I asked them to investigate because this is unfair, I’m loosing over 100$ and they just saying decision made and you can’t do anything.

I used to like Mailchimp but now I’m very disappointed, as I kept encountering issues one after another and the AI support is not helpful at all, and the human support basically keeps copy pasting the same messages by the template and not helping at all. When it comes to having email marketing, you need a reliable provider, not one that can mess up your whole plans due to their automated systems and then not even help due to automations as well. Had to find another email provider and do everything from scratch again, sadly.

I am disgusted that having signed up to follow a few items I can no longer unsubscribe, nor can I deactivate my account. Whenever I attempt to edit the settings it automatically loops me back to the start and welcomes me.It is a monumental spam generator of the most inane rubbish imaginable. It appears I will have to close an email account to get away from it.

Stay away from this airline ! Their app will increase the price of the ticket if you look at it more than once ( each time you look for an option and don't buy immediately - it will double the price by the hour ). Its So Evident , they should be ashamed to abuse their own potential clients.The app will always tell you that there is only one or two tickets left , to pressure you into paying Ridiculously high rates . Then , when you board the plane , its half empty .ABUSIVE CROOKS ! Please Avoid being robbed by Delta Airlines. Fraudulent Company.
