The worst experience I ever had

The worst experience I ever had. I’ve been Sephora customer for over 7 years, purchasing expensive products from them regularly. Recently I returned Tom Ford shimmering body oil, and they emailed me saying that return arrived but they won’t issue refund because they received lip balm instead of body oil. I asked them to investigate because this is unfair, I’m loosing over 100$ and they just saying decision made and you can’t do anything.
