Fu** snap chat and it’s a waste how the fu** is my account not matching credentials been had it for a min now my thing is get it together 1 and 2 it’s so easy for Snapchat to just delete your account out of no where fu** y’all for real and whoever owns snap needs to be sued that’s not right people been having snap for years and your app is saying this and when we change the password it still saids the dumb sh** TF IS WRONG ABOUT IT , I want my account back or I’m suing fu** you mean that sh** is dumb and so uncalled for.

Purchased a handbag and 2 dresses for my wife in October. To date I have not received the items. I have been following up for the last 3 weeks and each time I get same response 'We have escalated the issue and will provide an update in 2 business days.'Of course they never do. A Zero rating would be too high a score for a company that takes your money but doesn't provide any goods and services. Macy's is an Absolute Fraud.

I am a long time customer of Ulta Beauty and have an Ulta Beauty rewards credit card. To this day, I stand by their products however, I’m profusely tired of their negligence and lack of customer care and concern. In the last two years I have not been able to make one transaction on the Ulta Beauty website, without having to go through three departments of different levels of customer service and half the time still with no success. One, I can’t imagine how they could be such a large company and their website/app function so erroneously. I tend to try to make orders when they offer one of their many free gifts such as a free 14 piece sampler that they were offering today. The outcome of the situation today is the same as many a time in the past. I called and spoke with a kind enough gentleman who certainly had a desire to help but much like always his words were, “ We are having trouble with that function right now.” He then alerted me that as soon as the system was able to accomplish this gift card function that he would actually call me back so that I could place my order. As I’m sure you can imagine this did not happen. Not only that, but now, since the day is over, the offer is over. I can factually tell you that this has happened more times than not in the past several years and it’s just getting really tiresome. Not only this, but I have an exceptional payment history since day one of my credit with Ulta Beauty and reads as such, verbatim, on my credit report. However, Ulta Beauty, contrary to what their own supervisors have told me should and usually happens, has lowered my credit limit twice now in just the last year, once during the holidays of Christmas/New Year’s, and once maybe 6 to 8 months later. When I called, it was met by surprise as they suggested that in their years of working there, they’ve not seen Ulta Beauty lower someone’s credit during the holidays, but rather preferred to raise it to help their customers. Needless to say, I was given no feasible explanation as to why it was, in fact, lowered. Ulta Beauty is not a company that rewards their customers for being excellent, devoted customers. In my case, quite the contrary. I have asked for an explanation, but to absolutely no avail.
