Care.com should not have the billing auto-renew feature set to true. I found a provider for my child somewhere else and was automatically charged $80 for a quarter that was billed to my credit card. I haven't even logged into Care.com for over 90 days nor used it's services. Care.com would not provide a full or even a partial refund back even though they can check their logs to see I haven't used their services for over 3 months. They told me sorry, that's our policy. I cannot recommend using Care.com based on the lack of customer service. Live and learn...
