If you don’t understand why this company is the epitome of shameful then you’re not paying attention! Mark Zuckerberg is fortunate that the majority of people are too consumed with their daily routines and are dialed in to the wrong sources of information, because if they were in the know then Facebook would have never survived.

Utterly useless and disappointing…

Utterly useless and disappointing franchise. I've given EA so much money over the years through Sims 3 and mainly Sims 4, only to be left with a buggy, under-fulfilling, unsatisfying game that continually crashes and glitches constantly. I've put in so many hours only for it to continually crash and then I lose all progress. I tried to reach out to them recently requesting a refund from a newly bought expansion pack as I don't deem their price point worth what I got, their website is atrocious and their online chat system didn't work, it had a loading screen saying the wait time to chat to someone was 3 minutes, that loading screen literally lasted over 12 hours. I left my computer running. Then I get an email stating my case is resolved and how would I like to review their service. An absolute joke it's laughable. I've wasted so much time and money on their platform and it is honestly not worth a second more. I regret all that time and money spent as it is wasted to a company who is nothing more than a cash grab.

Pathetic support

Pathetic support. I've been trying to recover my account for 2 years and I keep getting told that I should create a new account with a different email. I'm unable to receive the verification code via my current email account when trying to reset my password due to some unknown issue on EA's end. Shoddy support, left unable to play any EA titles for years.

After ten plus years, we're done with McAfee

We've been using McAfee multi device for ten plus years and this will be the last time we renew. The Ad Pop Ups from McAfee have become extremely annoying. Even with Ads off, they just kept coming. I called customer service and the tech dialed into my computer to see if he could fix the issue but he made it worse. He updated my version and now the option to turn off the ads is gone, but not the Ads. There's more than ever. Good-bye McAfee.

Zillow’s system is seriously flawed

Zillow’s system is seriously flawed. My across the street neighbor sold their house for $584,000. My house is the mirror image of their house, built the same month by the same builder. We have more upgrades than the land now has our house valued at $545,000. I emailed them and made them aware of the issue and their response was a stock, “ I understand that it can be frustrating to see a home that is comparable or of lesser value with a higher Zestimate. While the algorithm does look at comparable homes, it draws examples from a much wider range than a neighborhood street or block. Each property has its own unique Zestimate based on the data available for that home. Any differences in data between two homes can produce differences in Zestimates” Zillow is tremendously flawed

This store is the ABSOLUTE worst. NO STARS WOULD BE MORE FITTING FOR THIS STORE. I mean, ITS THE Worst target I have ever in my life been to. They’re so much wrong with the place. I can’t even name them all. I’ll do my best though. There aren’t enough workers only if you’re stealing, do you get help because those are the only people being followed around, they don’t have ANYTHING in their storeNOT EVEN THE BASICS! the crap they do have is so f**** expensive. It’s ridiculous I would never in my right mind go back to this target and give them a dime more of my money. Anybody that does is a fool and that’s putting it nicely.. very very disappointed in this target and this isn’t the first time, but I thought I would give them another Try… big mistake on my end!!! now it’s NEVER AGAIN, I’m done and I’ll be making sure that everybody that I know in love never shop at that messed up target again.

Shutter Stock Plans are a scam

Shutter Stock Plans are a scam, they are very unclear, and you think you getting 1-month service however turns out you were wrong when you get the invoice. Then you cancel, and you receive another bill. When you call them they charge you to close the account. I have never had this experience with any graphic supplier. Buyer remorse is at its highest. Before you consider Shutter Stock please consider all the alternatives that are easier and simpler to deal with.

Upadte 19.01.24I have updated my review to three stars as The Economist have taken my complaint seriously, refunded the full amount owed and I have now subscribed having received good customer service.UPDATE 15.01.24Today I received an email from Economist support, “reaching out to me”. The email title:Case No. : 01660670 Angry CustomerIt then went on to explain that Apple Pay is third party software etc.The Economist do you really think I left you a 1 star review because I’m too incompetent to cancel my Apple Pay?The Economist your customer service is arrogant and awful. You don’t listen to your customers, you have let down your employees and caused irreparable damage to a respected brand. That is why long term loyal subscribers are taking time out of their day to leave one star reviews on Trustpiolt!SHAME ON YOU THE ECONOMIST —-:——The people are right. Shame on you The Economist. 1.3 /5 The Economist took £7.90 out of my account every month and I could not access my account online.None of my email requests to cancel my subscription have been answered.I have finally cancelled my account after a 47 minute call, after being told that they don’t recognize the bank account they are taking money from / I don’t have an account!I refused to hang up until they cancelled my direct debit. It was a terrible experience that took shear determination to free myself from a direct debt that I received no subscription. Then to add pain to their utter incompetence I have received numerous customer satisfaction surveys!Taking my money and not providing a service is illegal! I have read The Economist for half my life and I will never give this disgraceful company another penny.
