I bought a new ASUS Vivobook laptop, which broke down after a month of use. The laptop screen is flickering continuously, reading online, this seems like a common issue. I sent the laptop to repair after several calls with extremely rude and unhelpful customer support. The laptop came back after more than a week with reports of "no problems detected", but as soon as I opened the laptop the flickering continued... The issue actually happened with a previous ASUS laptop but didn't think much about it, now I see it's because of the poor quality. Definitely completely avoid ASUS as a brand.

The email address on file has been deleted so i am in an endless loop of getting charged to an account that clearly has been shut down. All i want is a temp password to sign in. I returned a pair of boots immediately and even purchased the same pair in the next size up as I was returning expecting they would refund me as per their refund policy below. They told me they would be refunding my monies asap and well what do you know?!!!... no refund... no correspondence... full of lies. They are thieves and fraudsters. I have the same problem as everybody else, Where you just keep getting redirected at the subscriptions page with them asking you over and over again to sign up, Despite all ready having an account. This should be an easily fixable problem but their custom service is nothing but bots that close your tickets within hours.

I use a few different software's for my business and Sage will always be the software I use most (over 20 years) and recommend to my clients as it is the most user friendly & great technical support. It is a bit pricy compared to other software I purchase though.
