Review of zoom
Bought Zoom Pro at end March 2022. Zoom renewed & took payment 10 weeks before renewal date in 2023. I wanted to cancel at end March 2024, so checked in Jan.. Payment already made from my Credit card to Zoom, but managed to get money back & cancel renewal. BUT Zoom downgraded me to Zoom Basic & Jan. meeting of over 50 participants was a disaster, having to restart Zoom every 40 mins.. A colleague bought a month’s worth of Zoom Pro for Feb. Meeting, so we paid twice for it! 10 weeks’ worth of Zoom Pro has been wiped out for me. There seems to be no recourse. Unless someone knows differently?!
Review of zara
I’m disappointed in Zara delivery/shipments to military installations in the US. I live on a military base. And have issues with Zara drivers not having proper Identification to enter the base on post family community.Which results in returned items by Zara .

Convenient just a shame they are thieves and dishonest.Spent $60 on an order. The main Meal I requested and paid for was sold out which I wasn’t advised until the driver had left. I tried to organise a refund for the one meal which was $22 out of the 60 in total. I paid Uber eats app. Is there anyway you can do it and they make it extremely difficult to manage the request I went back-and-forth with their completely unhelpful customer service on the app And took a screenshot of the letter The restaurant had provided me saying the meal has been sold out as well as my receipt which I paid but Uber eats still refused to refund my money so I paid for a meal and I didn’t get and they wouldn’t give me my money back Absolutely disgraceful that accompany is able to get away with this.

Review of macys
If I could give Macy's a 0, i would. We have been a card holder since 1976, never had issues until now. They have messed up our credit rating that was excellent to fair over a charge we know nothing about. This just happened in May, 2020. We purchased things in December and paid our bill in January on time as usual. We moved and last week we noticed our credit rating dropped, got on line with transunion and Macys shows our account fine in Jan. Feb, then Mar shows 30 days past due, April shows 60 days past due. How is this possible when we have not been in their stores since Dec, 2019? Tried to call and you just wait and wait, then I drove by the Macy's in our new state, and it's not open, so I found their email and requested a copy of the bill to see if it is even ours since we have not purchased from them in 5 months. It bounced back saying they do not respond to emails due to Covid19. It is very disturbing that they are doing this during Covid19, yet have no means for customers to resolve the matter. They should be ashamed of themselves. Not a trust worthy company at all. Von Maur has far more integrity and customer care than Macy's does. If they don't step up and right a wrong, then I will never step foot in their stores again.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I dropped my phone off at the Warriewood Square store on the 30th of November fir warranty repairs l, was told by the two men serving me that there wouldn't be an issue and i would more than likely have a new phone un a couple of weeks. Went back to the store on the 13th December and they said it'll be another week. Went back in on the 22nd December still nothing both times I had my case number and identification. Waited again till the 27th which I was told can you give us a couple of days due to public holidays. Went back on New Years Eve and got told the delay was because my phone was never sent in for repai and it was in their store the whole time. Was told it would be read between mid to late January, almost 2 months since I dropped my phone off. Went back today 21st Jan they have no idea what is going on. Worst customer service and worst experience I've ever had dealing with a "professional "company
Review of dashlane
Passable at best.Lacks extremely basic features such as hardware key 2FA (how? in this day and age?)The autofill functionality is atrocious - sometimes overwrites random fields *and* automatically submits the form; which seems woefully insecure and also extremely frustrating when it happens as it can overwrite and save(!!!) unrelated data - so if it's a critical piece of information you didn't copy beforehand (e.g. a secret key), Dashlane could effectively lose you that key.If you disable the autofill, there's no easy way to trigger a fill of all the relevant fields - instead you need to copy paste each field one at a time.E.g. - you have a login page and you want to select a combination of user / pass from your saved list; you can't just click that saved set of credentials and have Dashlane fill both fields; no, you have to select copy username -> paste, copy password -> paste. It's a *complete* waste of time and makes autofill really necessary which brings us back to the autofill functionality being a disgrace.I guess the best thing I can say about it is that it mostly works. If you don't mind all the ridiculous limitations, the poor UI, if you're not worried about the autofill submitting sensitive data in the wrong places and all that, if Dashlane is the alternative to using the same password all over the internet, sure, Dashlane is better than that.Other than that, I really fail to see any way in which it would be better than literally any other password manager, including free / open source ones.
Review of LinkedIn
I get logged out of my account every few seconds for no reason and have to do a security verification every time I want to log back in (then get logged out again after seconds.)Customer support is hard to reach even though I pay premium for this. When they reply, it's generic answers like "delete your cookies" or "try an incognito browser tab."If you're doing business via LinkedIn (what the platform is for) - this stupid behavior costs you a ton of money. You don't even get an explanation for what is happening. The platform itself is cool but things like that completely kill the experience.
