Love the store, love our lessons but why are you still billing when in person lessons have stopped due to the store’s temporary closure. Billing should stop until store operations resume. Please advise.

No money collected, sent to debt collectors

I bought a mirror beginning of this year and I assumed the money came out of my bank account, like in all online shops I’ve ever used. I received some emails after a while asking me for money which looked like spam to me. After another while I received a letter from debt collectors and it sounded surreal to me. I then transferred the money to Otto, which they returned back to my bank account and the finance team never responded to my emails asking why it was returned. The more time followed the higher of course the debt was growing l, whilst I was waiting for answers from Otto finance team. I today ended up having to pay double the amount than the item I purchased was valued.I got recommended by the customer service team to pay the amount to debt collectors and open a new Otto account. Definitely not returning as a customer. Very sad it ended like this

Overcharged and missing days from plan, thanks for nothing

So I recently had to contact Adobe to change my plan from monthly to annual payment. What I can't quite understand is why my plan is £5 more expensive than it should be.The photography plan should be £119.76 including VAT per year but they are randomly charging me £124.42 including VAT per year and they took 3 weeks off my plan duration.Everyone else I know that changed their plan is paying £120. They offered no explanation why. Adobe are getting so greedy they will nickel and dime you for every inch. Duplicitous company.

Bogus eCommerce site - Flipkart

This is regarding the MI note 5 pro on going order. Which is being on hold unnecessarily. So on the day of delivery of this product, the delivery was rejected on the pretext that my exchange phone is not as per the exchange policy( the exchange phone i.e. moto e 4 plus). The executive came for the delivery had no clue as to why he is rejecting my Moto e 4 plus. He said we have orders not to accept any phones having slight scratch marks over it. Which is in contrast with the exchage policy mentioned in the app. On arguing on this point the delivery executive escalated the issue with the back end support team and said they will call me within 48 hrs. But as of now back end support team is unable to contact me, as their system is down with some technical error. Here I want to know the following points from Flipkart in writing: 1. How could you reject a properly working handset, which falls under the poicy.When your executive himself has no clue as to what he should check to accept it or reject it. What do you want ? You want in exchange I'll purchase a new brand phone and give it in exchange2. When you are not able to delivery me my product (mi note5 pro ) on the day of the guaranted delivery, then howcome u think you are eligible to retain my money? 3. When Flipkart doesn't want to give the customers the benefits of the deals flashes on the app then why to cheat the customers. And why to waste their precious time, engery and money. 4. When you are not capable of managing your technical support then why to fool the customers with flase promises that will get back to u in 48 hr or before 8 pm or within 2 working days! 5. Flipkart is simply cheating with customers. Now I am left with nothing. I don't have the product neither do I received the money (already paid) Moreover your customer executives are making new offers to me over customer support / grievance redressal mode. You give me a proper exchange policy plus a literate executive should come to me to check the exchangeable handset. Who should be able to justify the cause of rejection. And you initiate the refund with 10 days of interest.Its been a week now, Flipkart is amazing in their customer service I must say this. Their performance in conning the customer is outstanding. When you'll call them they have stages to waste your time. on the first instance the person will tell you the basic details about your order placed, then he/she will put your call on hold saying " for further assistance i would like to place your call on hold for one minute, may I sir" ... then your call will be put on hold for more than 30 to 40 mins. Don't know in which country "one minute" consist of 30 to 40 mins! In my case here i had a word with Mr. Utkarsh.Then at the second level the other illiterate executive will pickup your call and he/she will tell you the exact same story which you already knew. You ask them single question here and there and they will react like a radio, blabber the exact same sentences with same words. In my case here I had a great talk with Ms. Deepika, who said she is in senior escalation team, who has no clue as to what is the resolution to my problem or should I say the unnecessary issue created by the Flipkart. She repeatedly said only one thing that my order is being cancelled by the seller and I will get my refund when the cancellation will be confirmed. So here mark certain points that, the order is cancelled according to her but still the refund is not initiated! Why?Moreover how can you cancel the ongoing order ??She has no clue as to what is the exchange policy, bcz it is set by the seller. I asked her to give me seller's details, she refused! I asked her to stop the cancellation, she refused it! I asked her give me the regional branch of filpkart details she refused!!!Third stage, incase you got through the second stage, In my case yes once I was lucky enough to clear the 2nd stage. Here at this stage they will give you fake assurances that we'll contact you withing 48hr or end of this day. Our back end team will contact you sir. In my case it has been more than 144 hrs!!! Now I wonder is the back end team for real? or they had a fiction created, just to harass the customers. I have not been contacted by the so called back end team till date. Instead just before the deadline I receive msgs that " we tried contacting you, unable to reach to you, will try at this this hr again ". Clever na!! I know.On my part I have done whatever I could possibly do. I shared the images of my exchangeable phone twice with them. They many a times accepted that sir your phone is fine it falls under the policy too. But after that nothing. Now the latest development is, today is the last day for the delivery attempt and after that they will say "sorry sir we tried contacting you but due to your unavailability this order is being cancelled your refund will be shortly initiated".They already have taken 8K from me and now they are demanding more 3k for the phone. Instead of accepting the exchangeable phone. (which falls under the policy) Its something like an extortion money they are demanding from the customers.I am unable to understand what they exactly want in exchange, a brand new phone??? If this is the case then they should clearly mention this in the policy!!

ESPN+ useless for watching NHL

I had NHL.TV for years and I was able to watch almost all NHL games. I was led to believe that ESPN was replacing NHL.TV and I paid for a year's subsription, only to find out that I could watch approximately 12 games for each team. A total ripoff.

NO SERVICE AT ALL

I loved Best Buy in the 1990s before everything was centralized and service disappeared. I just opened a credit card account and tried to find out where to pay my bill. Not only did I have to talk to machines for 45 minutes, one of them told me I had ordered for something that cost over $2,000 that was being delivered by the postal service. But the Web site said I hadn't ordered anything in 3 years. I had. I ordered a garbage disposal for less than $600 earlier this month and had it installed. When I FINALLY got a human being on the phone, he told me I would have to go to a store to find out anything. Sure, I'll just hop in my wheelchair and head on out. 🤬

"System Errors" for billing

When I first started, I told the rep that I couldn't do more than 100ish dollars and that was about 2 years ago. Everything was fine. Then my rate got a little higher which was expected as time goes on but then it went up again to $129.60 and again to 147.50, and again (per my bank statement in May they took $295.20), and now it was $210.66. I sent in multiple emails asking for a phone call back and never received anything. Finally, I got a call in August, but it wasn't about how high my bill had gotten, I got a call for my bill stating that it was late. I was on autopay so that didn't make sense. The rep tells me that they had a new system, and it didn't get all my info transferred. So, it was not my mistake, but I paid right then on the phone call. In September, I called my local agent because my bill came up $210.66. I had paid it and then I took stuff off of my auto policy to make it go down and the rep told me that I wouldn't be billed any more than that it was. Today, $361.34 was taken out of my account. That is $150 more taken without my approval and I was already struggling. Called local agent and they tell me that they've been seeing this billing issue with lots of customers because it's a new program but in order to get help I would need to call 314-514-7888 which is in St. Louis. I called to be hung up on twice by the automated system. On the 3rd try I finally reached a rep (who was nice) that told me I was on a 6month plan of sorts, and they billed for 2 months together, and a refund was not possible, not even half. I realize that I am also at fault for not paying enough attention but for both of these 2 issues to be "new system" errors and then not being able to work with me is absolutely ridiculous. I cancelled my plan and sent in another email for "General Feedback" that didn't even allow more than a specific number of words, so I had to edit it to make sure all the important info got in there. But since they didn't answer my other contact attempts the first go around, I don't think I will receive a call back for this either.

I was so worried that I wouldn't be able to get the tickets in time as i was going away resulting in my friends missing the concert. UNABLE TO UNLOCK PHONE - WON'T TAKE THE PATTERN PASSWORD

I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding an issue with my Samsung Galaxy A20 which i purchased in 2020 and had no problem with the phone or the brand. My device is currently locked due to the screen lock (pattern), and I have been unable to unlock it for a few days now.I initially tried using the Samsung “Find My Mobile” service to unlock my phone, but to my surprise, I discovered that the “Unlock” feature has been removed. This has left me in a very difficult situation as my phone is now completely unusable, and I have important data on it that I cannot access.The removal of the “Unlock” function is extremely disappointing, especially since many users rely on this feature in emergencies. I have seen numerous complaints about this issue on various forums, and it appears that I am not alone in facing this problem.I kindly request that Samsung either restore the “Unlock” function in the “Find My Mobile” service or provide an alternative solution to help customers like me regain access to their devices. It is unacceptable for a device to become unusable due to a forgotten screen lock, especially when a solution was previously available.Please address this issue as soon as possible, as it is causing significant inconvenience and disruption to my daily life. I look forward to your prompt response and assistance in resolving this

We run hundreds of thousands of dollars through Braintree, so sometimes there's a need to speak to support. But that's impossible with Braintree because they have no phone support! It's shocking that we're provided with the same level of support a small seller on eBay is given. Braintree customers have a choice of many providers--that's why we're switching.
