I’ve been trying to get my refund for over a week now. I contacted support five times and received no real help — just copy-paste answers or complete silence. Absolutely zero result. The technical support is terrible, and no one takes responsibility. That’s why I’m giving the lowest possible rating. Very disappointing.

Review of eventbrite
Does the job but it's a minefield. Their account management is the worst engineering I have seen in ages. They clearly worked hard to lower barriers to buy tickets but the effort to give a good user experience after buying is offensively low. You can easily fill a form found on a social network without thinking too much as there's no login required so, if you use a different email (intentionally or not) from the one you already registered with Eventbrite the only way to get your tickets is to create a new account with that email and get confused af especially when you want to use the app for a few tickets. This results in a mess of accounts and tickets getting lost. They didn't include multiple emails or email aliases in the thinking.
Review of att
Worst telephone company, and dishonest. After decades of being a customer I finally changed carrier. Tired of dishonest charges, and the terrible customer service the client ends up paying for. And, it only keeps getting more and more expensive for its unreliable services. If I could give a no star I would. When I called to close my account, I was not told, ATT doesn’t prorate. I just found out today they will keep the money for 3 weeks of prepaid service on a closed account. Shame on them. Just like they read all their promotion scripts to clients, they could have more respect for us, and also read conditions and results to the changes we are considering, before we make a final decision. But then again, that ends up costing us more money, but making ATT even more easy money. Sickening.

They are using AI to learn about how YOU edit videos.... then turn around and want you to PAY to use AI to help you work on projects where they learned from YOU... Adobe used to make good products. Now it's a subscription Hell-Scape where they find every chance to nickel and dime you to death while their AI learns from YOUR work...

On January 26, 2025, I purchased a website product from the merchant. Shortly afterward, I received an email accusing me of violating their terms of service—specifically, of impersonating a celebrity. This accusation was unfounded. I promptly contacted the merchant to clarify that I am a YouTube content creator and that the website I purchased was used strictly for fan page purposes. The site was created to collect newsletter sign-ups and contact form submissions from my subscribers. To ensure clarity and compliance, the website featured a prominent legal disclaimer both in the menu navigation and footer, stating clearly that it was created, owned, and operated by a fan, with no affiliation or association with the celebrity. Despite this, the merchant ignored the evidence and coerced me into modifying the website under the threat of termination. I complied, feeling pressured and uncomfortable with the handling of the situation. I also requested a refund, which was unjustly denied. After realizing I had not violated any terms, and that my disclaimer was lawful and in good faith, I reverted the website back to its original format. I believe this action was within my rights, especially given that the product was misrepresented and I was operating within fair use and protected expression as a content creator. Now, months later, the merchant has abruptly contacted me again to say my account is being permanently terminated for the same false reason. This ongoing situation demonstrates a clear pattern of: • Breach of contract (as I fulfilled my obligations and received no fair service), • Coercion and economic duress (being forced to change the product or face termination), • Unauthorized deprivation of goods/services (revoking access to a product I lawfully paid for), and • Unfair/deceptive business practices (ignoring evidence, denying refund, and targeting me without cause). This merchant appears to be using their terms of service not to uphold legitimate rules, but to justify wrongful terminations and withhold refunds—effectively scamming customers out of money.I am requesting a full refund and/or appropriate dispute resolution based on the facts presented.

Review of getpocket
No app perfectly suits the needs of everyone but pocket was quite adequate. I had no complaints about it until “fiery fox and mozzarella” took over limiting its previous services and rendering others such as tagging and keyword searches on the most recent Apple iOS dysfunctional. There may be an issue of incompatibility with this recent update. This could, in the other hand, be a marketing tactic to promote the premium version which boosts more and better options. Until evidence is provided of good service what guarantees are there that a chargeable app would be any more reliable.

The Kroger in Florence, KY on Rt 42 had only 2 manned check out stations open on Friday at 11:30 with 14 people waiting to checkout. They seem to be encouraging people to go elsewhere. Self service checkouts were also crowded, and I being older don’t care to use them.

Customer Service is horrible. I ordered an item online. Unfortunately the jeans were too long. So I asked if I could exchange it for the right size. No problem, they said "Just send it back, and we will ship out the right length for you". So I did, and never heard back. I contacted them a week after sending it and they told me to wait a bit. So I did. After 3 weeks and still nothing I contacted them again and then they told me that it has been too long since I returned the item for them to do a exchange. Like what? Then just do the exchange now? After another week of back and forth, they told me the item I wanted was now out of stock. Like are you kidding me? Don't offer exchanges if you can't manage them.
Review of asus
Our Chromebook died after less than 2 years, appalling given the cost of this. It was obviously outside of warranty However we decided to send this off for diagnostics and are astonished to find they are stating the issue is due to water damage to the port. This simply cannot be accurate as there is no way the Chromebook has been in contact with any liquid. The estimate for repair is over £400 which no one would pay. It feels like a scam to me to avoid them needing to repair a simple battery issue or whatever the true fault is. We obviously won’t be paying for repair and will be looking at buying a. alternative laptop but won’t ever touch an Asus product again.

Just don’t book with them: o booked, they took immediate payment for full amount. It went out of my account. Booking was confirmed. I booked our flights. Then a day later host cancelled booking saying it should never have been confirmed. I cannot find another suitable place for a reasonable cost. This is not ok. I am a host myself on Airbnb. This is terrible
