Review of zara
I’ve never felt so frustrated trying to return an order. The clothes I ordered didn’t fit—no big deal, I’m used to that—but the return process was a nightmare. I mistakenly added an extra letter to my email, which meant I couldn’t access my return label. That was my error, but what followed was completely unacceptable.I went to the Zara store in Limerick hoping to sort it in person, only to be turned away and told to handle it online. I was on holiday and live over two hours away from any Zara store, so this wasn’t just inconvenient—it was incredibly frustrating.I then spent days trying to get help through the Zara app chat system. I had to restart the conversation over a dozen times, dealing with a different agent each time, getting cut off constantly, and repeating the same information again and again. I’m a busy mom with limited time, and this wasted so much of it.After all this effort, I finally got through to someone—only to be told I was outside the 30-day return window, even though I was only on day 28 and had clearly been trying to return the items since week one of my holiday.Zara, this is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but your system should be able to handle them with a bit of human understanding and actual customer service. I won’t be shopping here again.

I had a delivery issues with a mattress purchase. Customer service reps. was unhelpful unemapthetic and provided a solution that was nothing less than a theoretical slap in the face. Adding insult to injury, the rep. then refused to allow me to speak to managment stating that my issues wasn't great enough to bring to the attention of management. This only further intensified the clear lack of empathy and customer care. My issue was only acceptably resolved when I return, in person, to the store fully prepared to cancel the order all together. Thankfully, the individual that sold me the mattress was able to provide decent customer care, managing to provide an acceptable solution that customer service seemingly could not. I'm utterly confused as to why Macy's would have a customer support line whose representatives are anything but supportive. This is the second piece of furniture I've purchased from Macy's and the second time I've had to return to the store to get an issue resolved by the sales team after contacting customer service.

Re Slim Combo Keyboard for iPad Pro 12.9" 2017 versionI discovered, within an hour of using the slim combo keyboard, that virtually any sort of handling of my iPad Pro 12.9" 2017--music from my iTunes account--started playing. LOUDLY. Ultimately determined at the Apple Store there is a huge design error. If you grip the case at it's intended place (the thickest part of the combo) the pressure would activate the dedicated "play" key located on the top row of the keyboard. Even if my iPad was asleep and no security code entered--here came the music. It happened almost anytime I (or anybody else) picked up the iPad. And I also did a TOTAL restore, including iOS, so it's not a software error. The only way to stop it was to power off the iPad every time you had to move it. No problem with the Apple keyboard. I'm a professional musician, and I absolutely cannot have my iPad "go off" any time I handled it! I don't know if anybody else has noticed this, but the Apple Genius at the store was flabberghasted--it happened to him, repeatedly, too! Being that there was no software issues and the keyboard connected correctly and showed up correctly in Settings, the only conclusion is a design flaw.Their website is a JOKE. It kept saying my email address was inappropriate!?!? And no matter what I did, it would not take/reset a password. I spent HOURS trying to fill out forms, only to find things ultimately blanked out and no way to proceed. RIDICULOUS. Even dealing with Medicare's billing department was easier than this!

Amazing experience for us on the Balloon flight, breakfast in the Moroccan Tent, and Camel ride. Staff were so helpful and wanted our experience to go well. Transport was on time 6am to the balloon flight, they helped my 80 year old friend Into the basket. Breakfast was perfect. Camel ride was fun, all dressed up in traditional costume. What a great memory.

I was a new customer and registered a domain directly with them with the expectation they would complete the activation (as per their terms and procedures) but they repeatedly referred my requests for help to their useless 'Community'. To do my best to resolve this I contacted them through their support portal but got no response, and I found out that their customer service support email address is now no longer in use, and all requests must go through their website, which is what I've been trying to do in the first place. My formal complaint has gone unanswered and I have written off what I paid to them.I very rarely give 1-star reviews because usually, a company has done something to warrant a higher rating - even something small! But I can say that this company is so poor, that I cannot give it a rating more than 1 star.If you value your time and financial resources, avoid this company as you will waste significant amounts of both.

Terrible customer service - non existent. High cost, for little functionality in return. Difficult to change or cancel paid plans once subscribed. Platform constantly has issues (crashes, bugs etc) which make working on the platform incredibly difficult. Cost of InMails is now ridiculous, and the cap on connection requests is silly. I could go on.....
