As a small business owner, I rely on timely communication — especially when it comes to payment issues. Unfortunately, my experience with Shopify Support has been deeply frustrating. After submitting a ticket regarding a critical payout delay, I waited several days without any update. When I finally received a reply and responded promptly, the support team failed to follow up — leaving my case stalled and unresolved.To make matters worse, every step of the process introduced additional delays: even once the issue is hopefully solved, I will probably need to wait another 2–3 business days to receive the actual payout. This lag severely disrupted my ability to pay suppliers and keep operations running smoothly.Repeated attempts to follow up — including through live chat — were met with generic replies, long wait times, and unclear next steps. The issue was supposedly marked as “high priority,” yet days passed without progress or resolution.It’s deeply concerning that a platform so widely used by entrepreneurs fails to maintain basic responsiveness in mission-critical support. If Shopify values its sellers, it needs to significantly improve its internal response times and accountability for unresolved tickets.

For months I was told that they can't connect to my social media platform (IG) and that was unacceptable. No solution was found and now my FB account was offline as well. I just don't feel like it's worth the money to continue as I rely on this service for many things that disappoint me.

Wish there was negative ratings I could give. On one hand the most advance technological company and on the other the most bureaucratic, unfriendly and lacking of any common sense company. Hope there monopoly ends soon so they can start to behave and give value to the customers. It's a money making machine with no regards to customers.

Deceitful delivery service along with pathetic customer service. Getting a supervisor is like trying to get an appointment with Indian prime minister. The chances to getting an appointment with the PMO might be higher. Ok hold for 2 hours and it was obvious that the superiors don't want to take escalations.. A couple packages were sent to my home. As usual, I expected that after few attempts, the driver will just leave the packages at a closest UPS location. I have gone to two UPS stores to make sure that is the procedure and all employees confirmed. On Saturday, I received a message that a scheduled time for delivery was 2 pm to 6 pm. I have stepped out in the morning and the driver tried to deliver it at 12:26 pm. So, obviously I missed him again. I have desperately called everyone, asking them to drop my packages where I can pick them at because I just cannot quit my job to wait at home all day long. After fourth attempt, the customer service (all overseas, it is impossible to speak to anyone in the USA) told me that the packages will be returned back to sender. So I finally managed to log in to their website and paid for both packages to be directed to the UPS store. Notice that you have to pay them to drop off the packages at the location, CEO simply needs her billions, doesn't she?? The next day, I got a message that one package was sent to the UPS store and the other was simply returned to the sender. The stuff I ordered is not available anymore. UPS is simply just an ATM that is used to extract billions and billions for shareholders and upper executives and nothing else. Obviously these billionaires are getting impatient because the company is now laying off 20,000 drivers nationwide. The company has many many class action lawsuits (wage theft, racial, religious and disability discrimination, cheating on their financial statement and hiding profit from authorities and many more). What can we actually expect from company like that? That they will give a damn about the service and work they should be doing? Let's not be ridiculous. Absolute waste of time and resources. I hope they go out of business soon. I happen to know from a friend that his horrible company lies about how much drivers get paid and paints a picture that is completely false. What a nonsense.

Picture of Jesus with Children ordered from ChristianClub in good faith as a baptism gift. My son then highlighted that the faces of many children were grossly disfigured. RedBubble Customer Service have then been very awkward - asking me to submit pictures when the issue is plainly visible in the product description on their website. I'm frustrated that a £14 refund is taking so much of my time. I won't use RedBubble again!

Xiaomi customer service is absolutely appalling. Stopped making phone calls to customer support because it's so frustrating. Sent 17 emails (including at least 3 to CEO - not even an acknowledgement) over last 3 weeks to try and get resolution on faulty phone (hands free not working - identified within 5 days of delivery). Finally received jiffy bag to return phone today. Let's see what happens next?
