Cannot even receive the login code to be able to start using the app. Browsers, dedicated app... nothing works. In the age of AI and space colonization, we cannot even receive a basic verification code. One would think the super-smart people there would be smart enough to figure this out. Apparently not.

Costing us a fortune as turns the heating on all the time, even when the thermostat is set below the temp the house is at, and tells you the heating is off but radiators belting out heat. Not alone in having this issue, have tried all the suggestions we can find to sort it but none work. NOT what anyone needs when bills are going through the roof anyway. I certainly would not recommend anyone install nest
Review of kickstarter
Kickstarter is a hotbed for scammers with a few honest backers in the mix as rare gems. I have supported projects that have completely ghosted the backers - no product, no updates, no refunds. Other products have arrived but completely misrepresented, such as Vélo luggage which claimed to be of carryon dimensions and which no airline will accept as such. The rare product arrives as represented and promised but it’s not worth the financial risk at this point because Kickstarter has kicked all its professed policies to the curb - be warned: THERE IS NO PROTECTION GIVEN TO YOU THE CONSUMER ON KICKSTARTER!! CAVEAT EMPTOR (Buyer Beware)!

Took £561.60 off my bank account on 24th Jan. I don’t even use this account. The customer care number or email address. Big frauds. I saw it today on 18th Feb. Online refund policy says money will be refunded if noticed in 30 days. Online chat pretending they have not read

I hate this God damn company. They have ruined the ufc. I just paid one year in advance in order to get a 50% off the UFC 246 and after I paid they took the coupon away and now say they don't know anything about a promotion for UFC 246 and not only that, I cannot get the prelims because it is saying there is an error after I paid full price for a whole year in advance

I would like to give 0 stars. I'm an international customer and I was treated rudly by customer service for not understanding Dutch. They advertise as open to international customers but please beware I was fined by them for not paying when they failed to accept my credit card and then said the only way for my to pay was with a Dutch bank account, which given I'm an international customer I obviously don't have so I was left being fined with no option to pay.
Review of agoda
Paid $ 530 for 3 nights, a nonrefundable "offer" at Casa Blanca hotel Puerto Rico, not the cheapest option Agoda was offering, but the more expensive one. Arrived at the hotel and was placed into a TOMB, without a window, a small, hostel-like room, you know those with three hangers in a make-shift open closet. Tried to get the room changed, the reception says hotel is full. Tried Agoda "customer service" only to be taken by the nose by their bot, which even blocked me from typing for 60 minutes because I made a mistake in entering the booking ID number. Total scam, do not ever use Agoda!
Review of jotform
1. This is a profit-driven company that has prioritised growth and AI experimentation over stability, integrity, and user trust. It has repeatedly placed the burden of its own platform’s failures on paying customers, while stripping back support and accountability. For anyone considering using JotForm for serious business or mission-critical applications, I would strongly advise you reconsider. It is not a safe or reliable tool, and its support infrastructure—whether staffed by humans or bots—is not equipped to handle real-world issues with urgency or care.2. The broader issue is systemic. JotForm has adopted a business model that is, quite frankly, extractive. It draws in users through features it no longer reliably delivers, and once locked in—via the extensive time and infrastructure required to build forms and apps within their ecosystem—it becomes extremely difficult to leave. Migrating to another platform is made intentionally burdensome, opaque, and costly. And for many, that cost is not just technical but reputational—particularly when campaigns, charities, or client communications depend on forms that JotForm cannot safeguard or recover.3. In my case - I’m sharing this as a long-term, paid subscriber to JotForm—three consecutive years, paid annually in advance—who has now lost complete trust in the platform following a critical failure that caused the deletion of a live form connected to a paid advertising campaign for a charity initiative. Immediately after deleting a single submission from the form, the entire form disappeared from my dashboard. It was not in Trash, Archive, or any other folder, and became inaccessible despite having been active moments earlier. Crucially, I did not delete the form itself—only a test submission. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this issue, which I now believe to be a recurring glitch linked to JotForm’s backend logic for managing linked content and deletion events.4. Rather than acknowledge the technical fault, support repeatedly insisted it was retrievable from Trash—even after I had clearly explained, and provided screenshots demonstrating, that the Trash folder was empty. Over a period of 12 hours, I was bounced between multiple agents, most of whom gave copy-pasted responses or asked me to repeat troubleshooting steps I had already undertaken and documented. Despite one agent being able to see the form on their end, no action was taken to restore it, and it was only after escalation that a developer ticket was raised—by which point, I had already lost most of the value of my campaign.5. One of the only reasons I chose JotForm was its advertised promise of live support. That promise was central to my purchase decision, and I believe the platform has materially misrepresented its offering. Live support has now been functionally replaced by a slow, circular AI triage system that pushes responsibility back onto the user, even in cases of systemic failure. The fact that a known, platform-level bug can result in permanent deletion of user content—with no reliable recovery mechanism—is unacceptable for any professional-grade form service, and catastrophic for users running public-facing or time-sensitive campaigns.6. The most concerning aspect, however, is not just technical, but also commercial in nature: JotForm continues to advertise features like live support at the point of sale, but then covertly revokes and downgrades those services after payment, binding users to a platform that becomes increasingly unfit for purpose. Under Australian Consumer Law, this could constitute misleading or deceptive conduct (s18) and false or misleading representation about services (s29), especially given the centrality of “live human support” in their sales material. The platform’s refusal to address these failures or refund subscriptions following breach of these guarantees may also breach s60–61, which require services to be rendered with due care and skill and to be fit for the purpose disclosed.7. I have now requested a full refund for my annual subscription and will be migrating all forms to a more transparent and better-supported platform. The task I now face is further infuriating and costly in terms of time and business resources, as JotForm has made it deliberately onerous to export or migrate data, adding insult to injury for paying users rights to their own intellectual property.
Review of dropbox
After recently purchasing a company I was unaware we were using this program. When it came time to renew, I was charged $3,500 to my card. I didn't know we had this program, let alone that it was renewal time, so the charge was a complete shock. There were 13 licenses on the account from the previous owner. Eleven of those employees were no longer with the company, and two of the the eleven are deceased (one three years ago and the other one year ago). When I called to rectify this (the renewal was April, I called in April), I explained our situation and they would do absolutely nothing about it. I have 6 employees that will use this program and now I have to pay for 13 licenses for an entire year. As a business owner, I would NEVER do this to one of my customers. While nice, the customer service is horrible. And now that I have gotten rid of those licenses for our next renewal (that I paid for) I have no access to them. So I am essentially paying for 13 licenses and I only have access to six. Highway ROBBERY!

Terrible customer service. They will hold an order if you ask a simple question and cause you to miss the deadline for shipping that day even though you got in before the deadline. Then they blame you for it. Really bad when they charge so dang much for shipping and you do overnight and they screw you like that.

I bought a gaming laptop exactly 1 year ago and purchased the extended warranty. While my son was playing on the computer it shut off and would not power up again. Faulty motherboard. Asus wants to charge me, as the warranty seems to have expired 6 days ago.

Review of surveymonkey
I really would have given this service zero stars if I could. Where do I begin?Let's start with the payment policy. Survey monkey claims to charge a monthly subscription rate. However, when it comes to payment time, you get billed for a whole year and then the payment option is set to renew automatically. At the end of the subscription period, with no warning at all, no invoice nothing, your payment information is exploited in violation of your data protection rights and you get billed. Contacting Survey Monkey to annul the payment, is very difficult to say the very least and when you do finally get hold of someone, you receive a generic one-size fits all email in response to your problem by some fellow probably based in India. The next thing is that the website is terrible. Very difficult to use to construct surveys, and not at all intuitive or interactive for creating surveys, especially not ones with multiple answer routes.Getting audience feedback has to be paid for and is not included in the subscription fee! I could go on but suffice it to say that I really think if you have an alternative, use that and stay away from this crap.
