Bed Bath and Beyond has misleading pictures on their website and will not allow you to return items if the color you thought you were getting, due to the picture on their website, is different than the item you receive. I recently purchased a bedspread that was a light blue or light blue gray color on the website. When I received it, it was obviously more navy blue. Very different and considering I was trying to lighten up my bedroom not something that I want. When I contacted customer service to let them know the colors don’t match they, more or less said too bad our policy says we do not pay for return shipping if it’s a color issue. I suggest staying away from this website as they do not back up their products.

A minor, disgusting technical support application that can't handle talking with you for more than 5 minutes, doesn't understand, and cuts you off within seconds. I purchased a used phone, and its previous owner caused a violation that led to the application banning the phone, and I cannot access it. When I contacted technical support, they lied and told me all the information was incorrect. They said my number isn't linked to the account. I confirmed to them that my number is old and I don't have any other, and this number is linked to all the apps, and I'm 100% sure it is correct. The other thing they told me is that my email address isn't linked to the account. I told them yes, I will contact you from another email because I have 3 email addresses, but I forgot which one I linked to the account. I provided all three email addresses I have and told them I'm confident that they can easily determine which one is linked. They responded with a silly and frustrating reply, saying they cannot spend more time on the conversation. What is this dismissive support? What are these methods that do not adhere to any ethics of dealing with people? My account is old, over 12 years, with lots of memories. Unfortunately, their treatment completely lacks any professionalism or ethics.

My daughter tried to return a pair of shoe boots which she purchased on November 5th. The shoe completely fell apart as we were inside the store. We had to put ties on the shoe to wear it back outside to the car. The sales person only offered her a $10 discount on a new pair of shoes. After only 7 weeks- we expected a full refund. I was disappointed and disillusioned by the attitude and inability to Guarantee the shoes. My daughter is a college student so every penny counts. A full refund or exchange should have been the proper response. The shoes do not even look worn but were completely flawed. I am still hoping they refund the full sale price of $30. Lisa Sasser

I love logitech but because the way their website works i have to give them a bad review, its annoying because when i try to find a logitech item i cant find it because they have a ton of different websites, as in they have a website for every item that they sell, except there's multiple??? So overall i think that logitech is ok, its not great but its certainly not the worst.

I've been using Elementor for 2-3 years now. I have their basic web site building plan. I love the features, everything works great, I don't need tons of widgets so I am fairly satisfied. However when it comes down to their technical service help, I found that 90% of the time I end up fixing issues myself. They type long emails with no relevant solutions even on basic or general questions when they don't really need to get into my site files or have access to my site at all. All that just takes away the precious time and gives zero solution. I always leave frustrated and upset of the time waste.

Purchased an Inspiron 15. Could not connect to the internet. Tech Support was horrible. Sounded like they had a party going. "Dell Hell" is very much alive, Returning laptop for a return. Sad part is Dell could not care less about their terrible products and support.

Terrible customer service. They will hold an order if you ask a simple question and cause you to miss the deadline for shipping that day even though you got in before the deadline. Then they blame you for it. Really bad when they charge so dang much for shipping and you do overnight and they screw you like that.
