We have cruised RCCL for decades and WERE super loyal to the brand until now. With COVID we had a cruise canceled like the rest of the world. We were super sensitive to what everyone, including companies were going through to navigate successfully. We decided on a refund vs. cruise credit as we are talking thousands of dollars that I would rather have in my bank collecting interest. Cruise was canceled on 2/25 and at that time a full refund was requested/committed to. It is now 5/4 and we are still waiting on our refund. I have reached out several times - first being told the normal 14-30 days is now up to 45 days. At 45 days I pinged them and they stated "a box was not checked holding up my payment" now they will make sure it is in the next 10 days... here we are still no payment. I totally get how hard this must be on the cruise lines, but to hold my money for over two months now is absurd and feels almost criminal. This has changed, dramatically, how I feel about RCCL future forward. I work in business and know that there is no way that it takes this long to return money to any customer. I have filed a case with the BBB but am not confident that will do anything. It is clear from the other reviews in here that they simply do not care.

LESS THAN 1 STAR, ACTUALLY. I FEEL DUPED AND LIKE HULU FEELS WHAT THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT KNOW WON'T HURT HULU AND THAT HULU TAKES ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS TO ANY EXTENT THEY CAN. I HAD A HULU ACCOUNT SINCE AROUND MAY WHICH I SPECIFICALLY ESTABLISHED FOR THE DVR RECORDING ACCESS. FROM THE BEGINNING MY RECORDINGS WERE ALWAYS CUT OFF BEFORE THE PROGRAM ENDED ANYWHERE FROM 5 TO 10 MINUTES NOT INCLUDING THE POSSIBLE CREDITS AND RECENTLY MUCH MORE CONTENT. I DID NOT HAVE TIME AND I AM NOT TECH SAVVY AND WAS INTIMIDATED AFTER THE FAILURES TO FIX IT INITIALLY, BUT, I JUST KEPT TROUBLESHOOTING FROM TIME TO TIME ASSUMING I WAS DOING SOMETHING WRONG AND WOULD NEED TO TAKE TIME AND CONCENTRATE MY EFFORTS AND CHECK ALL THE BOXES BASICALLY. I COULD NOT IMAGINE ANYTHING WAS ACTUALLY WRONG WITH THE HULU PLATFORM. DEC 2, TODAY, EXHAUSTED, I BROKE DOWN AND CALLED HULU SUPPORT ONLY TO SPEND AN HOUR OR SO TO BE TOLD HULU IS AWARE OF THE ONGOING PROBLEM AND DOES NOT HAVE A FIX FOR IT. I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR THAT FEATURE THAT HAS BEEN MALFUNCTIONING SINCE THE ONSET AND PRICES HAS RISEN SO I WAS PAYING MORE FOR THE SERVICE I WAS NOT GETTING. WHEN I CANCELLED TODAY, THE REP SAID HE COULD ONLY GIVE ME 1 MONTH BACK...THAT WORKED OUT TO APPROXIMATELY 2 WEEKS SINCE I HAD RECENTLY PAID MY BILL...WHERE IS MY COMPENSATION FOR ALLL THOSE MONTHS THAT THAT FEATURE THAT WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME, MALFUNCTIONED??...WHY ARE THE CUSTOMERS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM AND COMPENSATED FOR OR HAVE THEIR ACCOUNT RECONFIGURED FOR THE GLICHE IN THE HULU PLATFORM?

A basic feature is missing: the sorting of the passwords. Paid users have requested that for many years, the devs have said many times it was in the works and soon released and they lied each and every time. The program is working well, but the usability is nowhere near its competitors because of that missing feature. After 7 years, the devs have not implemented a simple sort so that, for example, you can see the most recent passwords added or modified: indeed, you can't even do that!

I accidentally bought two items online - mainly because their website is so terrible. Paid 7 dollars for return shipping because they only accept exchanges of certain items at the store. Still waiting for my refund - 15 days later and my package is still in transit. The clothes are fine and I’d buy them again in the store but never again online.
