This is possibility the worst software app for this type of work ever made. Somehow it's the most advertised and widely used because there is a cult following. Absolutely horrible app made for people who love taking stupid notes with curly letters and gel pens.

BBC Breakfast 5th May 2021. Programme ruined by Sally Nugent and her totally amateur delivery. Should be sub-titled ‘Sally dumbs the news down’ she sounds so patronising either that or she can read the autocue or remember what she is talking about. Can someone tell me how she has got such a high profile job? She must be very well “connected”! Time to dump the poor lass.

They don't report truthfully on the Russian invasion of Ukraine. I can even go as far as to say that they manipulate the public opinion. Poland helps Ukraine militarily but according to this fake news outlet we are not.Lies.You should be ashamed of yourself.

Review of nest

Same as previous reviews - heatlink broken after 12 months

Same experience as reviews below - heatlink dead after 1 year (still under warranty) and instead of just sending a replacement, Nest gives me 2 options: send the broken heatlink first and they'll send a new one, or buy the full kit for £219 with the thermostat so you have the new heatlink and send back the thermostat before you get charged. Neither of these options is any good as with the first one, you require 2 visits of the installer - one to remove the broken heatlink so you can send it back and the other to fit the new heatlink. Then, the other option to buy the heatlink (which only comes together with the thermostat for £219?!) is just a ridiculous attempt of upping their sales so if you don't manage to send the thermostat back on time for whatever reason, they get your money. In terms of sending it back, they email you the return labels together with their helpful advice that if you don't have a printer, such as myself, you can always ask your friend to print it out for you! Very helpful during the lockdown, thanks for that 👍 Why not just include the return labels in the parcel you're sending to me when you know I'll be returning it as I don't want to get charged £219 for a thermostat you forced onto me?! Really thoughtful customer care, in the face of your faulty product still under warranty and cold winter months with no heat whilst sorting all of this out. However, Nest, I think you've missed a trick there - if you included a brand new car with the same package as the heatlink and the thermostat, the customer would struggle to send it back even more and you could charge them a lot more for it!

Bad service. Stealing money.

I got the option of buying it over a year ago with my new laptop, because it came as an extra with my purchase I was happy to pay the small £20 for a year of protection etc. The experience was terrible. I kept getting messages saying my free trial was over and I had no protection until I paid, but I had paid for a year and never signed up for a free trial. I contacted customer support multiple times about this and nothing was permanently corrected, so after paying for a year I ended up spending most of the year without the service. Then this month I had £59.99 taken from my bank account by them for "auto renewel" apparently when you install its automatically set to auto renew after a year without letting you know so you have to manually have to change that if you install Mcafee. Of course I called customer support and asked for a refund which I'm getting but the phone call took so much longer than it should because they were doing everything possible to keep me as a customer after I explained 4 times why I didn't want mcafee and that yes I definitely wanted to cancel and get a refund they finally agreed to it. If they don't want to give out refunds then they should at least send you a reminder before taking payment

Pampers with "korting" from BOL

I bought Pampers with korting 50% before Christmas. Some time later I received demand from company to pay the rest of amount, because they could not find the reason of that discount. The guys from the store were not embarrassed by the fact that it is impossible to buy a product without an advance payment, nor a copy of their own messages with order confirmation, nor screenshots with payment confirmation, nor screenshots from my profile on their website. So, after a long correspondence, I was forced to pay for errors in their system. VERY bad company. I highly do not recommend.

Title: Received Disgusting Garbage Instead of My Order – SCAM!I ordered several items from AliExpress, but when I received the package, only a pair of shoes from my order was included. The rest of the box was filled with random disgusting garbage.I found:A blue pair of pants and a white shirt – both filthy, foul-smelling, and clearly used, as if taken from a trash dump.A used brush of unknown purpose.Ripped and dirty gloves with a horrible rotten odor.A small unknown item – possibly waste or garbage.This is completely unacceptable. I paid for brand-new items and instead received disgusting, possibly hazardous trash. This feels like a deliberate scam.I am extremely disappointed, and I demand a full refund. AliExpress must take action against such fraudulent and disrespectful sellers.I have photos and video proof of everything if needed.

Member for many years but never used…

Member for many years but never used this service. This complaint is from 06/24 thru 09/24While on a classic car cruise, our car broke down. Contacted AAA. 3 hours pass with no results. Called AAA again, they couldn't find that we called; on hold then they said the operator failed to input our call on their system. Husband repeated all the information then AAA said they would place the order. Waited for couple hours. Husband received a call from the tow company saying they were at our home waiting to pick us up!!! AAA sent the tow company to our house instead of where we were!! Tow company then informed us they were unable to help us since their equipment couldn't tow our vehicle! So, another call to AAA! While my husband was on the phone again, I called to speak to a supervisor but never did, just people who didn't care! Finally got a tow truck able to tow our car. Long story overall but finally got home 7 hours later. Never rec'd call next day as promised. Couple of weeks later I cancelled our membership, got the run around but then supposably talked with someone authorized to refund $99.16. To date no refund, AAA employees useless, no return calls as promised. It's obvious they intend not to refund us. I never do reviews or file complaints but, in this case, I felt necessary to do so. As well as I filed a complaint with the AG!

I just found my Venmo account is frozen

I just found out that my Venmo account has been frozen on September 28th because my mom has send the money to me but I can’t transfer it to my bank account. It was 120 bucks for gas and personal thing I needed. I think they took my money away or refund the money back to my mom. So I called them. Venmo company think my mom is a “fraud.” She is my real mom. She helps me a lot that I don’t make a lot of money as well. I do have a job but it’s all right. Lol. They can’t tell me why my account is frozen but they said that my mom is a fraud. She isn’t a fraud but she is my mom. Geez. They told me that they will look at it and they will unfreeze my account in 6-7 business days or longer. Wow that’s really stupid because I give you a 1 stars. I think Venmo company should shut it down. Just saying.

Not perfect but it does hit jackpot from time to time

Been using for a little less than a month with $30/month subscription. Instrumentals are much hard to work with due to excessive repetition at first, but there are ways to make a music with more structure. Overall, I am happy that I can create music that I like to listen to every day, and share them with the world via YT.

Visted Blickling Hall for an Easter…

Visted Blickling Hall for an Easter Trail for grandchildren. Had to pay £68.50 for 3 adults and two children(inc £10.00 parking). We are not members. Disgraceful rip off. The only plus was the trail was very good and children enjoyed it. Come on National Trust....this could have been a much more reasonable figure...we never even attempted the cafe as this would have made an extremely expensive Easter Trail

Don't do it!

I joined the Kroger Boost program in Oct 2022. The first delivery order was perfect in all ways and its been downhill since then. My last three orders have been missing items, and the order I placed Sunday was missing 18 items!!! $70+ worth of food. The customer service rep gave me credit for $22.00 (4 items of 18) and said they were "not authorized to go above this". So- I detailed an email to the company, very specific, and asked for the items to be credited to my card- not my account. Silence. Today- I've spent 40 minutes on the phone with two different people to try and get my items credited. Its a ridiculous process. The "manager" helping me is foreign and cannot understand me well. If they cannot do as I ask- I will just dispute this with AMEX, but I should not have to spend two hours on the phone to resolve this!! Bye bye Kroger. Too many options for food to deal with this.

No answer! Unable to access my subscriptionExtremely disappointed with The Economist. I´ve not been able to access subscription After more than three email exchanges I´m still waiting an answer and my CRN number to have acces.No answer on e-mail, no answer on Twitter, no answer on facebook. A Shame ........👎👎👎
