Mastercard eGift Cards are HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THESE!!!! These are gifts for people, they should not be this difficult for the receiver to use. Do the receiver of your gift a huge favor and give them VISA or CASH.Mastercard customer service dept is one of the worst I've had the misfortune of having to call....not in the least bit helpful and acted as tho they could care less.Again.....WALK AWAY FROM MASTERCARD!!!!!!

This used to be an OK app but I have to say in the 13 months that I've used it - everyday, I've only learned so much and not as much as I would like.Firstly, it's very American and based on the language Americans would use and the way they phrase - not UK or Europe - e.g. purse in the UK is not a handbag. It's where we keep our coins. There's a lot of stuff like that. (The UK language has a lot of French words in it as it was our main language for 300 years in Medieval times so some of the American words and phrases actually complicate it unnecessarily.)Secondly, there's a lot of repetition and things are rarely explained that are, I think, essential to know. Not a lot of grammar teaching and very little conversational practice. Thirdly, it's geared towards kids and league tables and I would imagine their biggest audience to actually be adults, not kids. The conversations are very childish and extremely unlikely for you to have irl. The graphics were not good in the beginning so it took me a while to realise the questions were about the graphics too... once I'd deciphered them.I was originally on the paid package and the whole set up was geared at being competitive - again, more suited to kids. It never really was very practical for those wishing to travel to France. Now I'm off the paid package it's really awful and puts me off staying on there, full stop. You are penalised heavily for mistakes by losing hearts, there's an advert after every exercise and it just doesn't explain at all if you make an error. Apparently, this is to encourage you to buy it and when my yearly package ended I did consider it but absolutely not now. It's not great at all and with so many other apps out there now it isn't worth spending an annual subscription on.Have I learned much in 13 months? A bit, but not as much as I would have liked. I'm going to Jumpspeak now and will buy a subscription there.

Wells Fargo is the worst financial institution I've worked with. Anything I've asked them to do, except cash a check, has been multi-layered and complicated. It usually takes 3-4 interactions to complete a task that can be done elsewhere in a simple, one-time interface. For instance, When I bought a car recently, my car dealer mistakenly keyed in WF as the loan holder. In order to have a clear title, my county needs WF to give a lien release.A simple letter, stating that I don't owe WF anything would suffice. I have called 3 times, gone in person twice, my car dealer and the county motor vehicle dept has talked with them numerous times. Will they give me the release? NO They keep asking for more documentation. It's ridiculous. I am the Treasurer of an organization, and as soon as I can, I am pulling all our funds out of WF.

I'm a graphic designer; free-member for very long time and since a couple of weeks 1-month Premium. I'm really happy to pay for such amount of resources w/o attributions and Premium content. I don't give 5 stars because several topics graphics (vectors) are the same, but showed in different ways, so it looks a diversity it doesn't really is.Any time I had a question not found in FAQ, there is a staff member who answers quickly and accurately (no Premium cat); so happy as well not to contact with a bot.

Got a 4k qs2721 monitor in 2020The monitor has failed and been replaced 5 times in the last three years for a few different issues. Dell sends out a refurbished unit as a replacement not a new monitor.Customer service/tech support outsourced to India (?). They speak english fine. There is a bit of static and sometimes loud background noises. This last claim was bad. They try to tell me the warranty expired in April 2023 when it goes until December 2023. Even after providing them with the info from the original monitor and the previous replacement they struggle to uncover the warranty coverage. Strange. It took 1.5 hours to resolve. I lost my cool. Waste of time. Product is Made in China.. garbage.Dell knows exactly what they are doing. Warranty claims are set up to be inefficient and nearly fraudulent. I didn't even know monitors could fail so often. I thought Dell was a quality name and the product would last well beyond 3 years. What a joke.

I don't get the fascination. Maybe I just don't understand the point, but Im great at networking and find this site more of a hindrance than help. More importantly I do get emails. I deactivated my account, unsubscribed from email but still getting emails. And anticipating "it can take up to 30 days" as a reply, this has been ongoing since at least December 2022. Totally in breach of GDPR now 🤬🤬
