Don't do it!

I joined the Kroger Boost program in Oct 2022. The first delivery order was perfect in all ways and its been downhill since then. My last three orders have been missing items, and the order I placed Sunday was missing 18 items!!! $70+ worth of food. The customer service rep gave me credit for $22.00 (4 items of 18) and said they were "not authorized to go above this". So- I detailed an email to the company, very specific, and asked for the items to be credited to my card- not my account. Silence. Today- I've spent 40 minutes on the phone with two different people to try and get my items credited. Its a ridiculous process. The "manager" helping me is foreign and cannot understand me well. If they cannot do as I ask- I will just dispute this with AMEX, but I should not have to spend two hours on the phone to resolve this!! Bye bye Kroger. Too many options for food to deal with this.
