I've been a loyal Teachable customer for several years and have hosted multiple courses with them. However, for the past month, I've been locked out of my account and unable to reach any support despite several attempts. As a result, none of our 1,000 students can access their courses, which has severely impacted our brand and reputation. Even more frustrating, Teachable continues to charge us the monthly fee of $160, despite this ongoing issue. Their lack of reliable support and system functionality has led to a significant loss in revenue, totaling at least a few hundred thousand dollars.
