Customer service was not helpful

Customer service was not helpful. Very rude. I was concerned because the address on file was my old and not current address. I tried to go back and edit the order, but noticed I was unable to. Chatted with customer service and they said it was too late or they can’t make edits to a placed order as it was in the process of being shipped. One, it was only like 15 minutes after I placed the order :/ it was already being shipped out? It didn’t make sense. So i asked to just cancel the order, and of course, they can’t cancel the order:/ how can I not cancel an order that won’t be delivered? And if delivered I can guarantee it would have not been returned to the post office. They could not even provide me with the shipping carrier….if this order was already going to be shipped out, wouldn’t there be a shipping carrier information?? I was going to at least see if I can re-route the package. The Urban rep assuming I was indicating that they will re-route the package was quick to say “no, you will have to reach out to the carrier” a duh! I was asking if they even can tell me who the carrier is! If this package was already going to shipped, how come there is no carrier information! So I called and once again no help. Only one rep said she’ll ask her manager to cancel, but it won’t change anything. Rude very rude. So she was nasty and short with me. These calls are recorded and they can hear I was not rude to the rep. So the call ended and she did not give me any clarification regarding the order being cancelled. So I called back and another rep said there isn’t any update regarding this order yet. But she saw it has not yet been cancelled. I chatted with another rep named Sean, and he told me the cancellation request was denied. Again very rude and short. So I just reached out to my bank because this is highly unfair, that something so simple was made to be difficult. And dealing with very rude people who supposedly represent Urban made it even worst. So I get a notification this AM, stating that the order has been cancelled. So Sean and all of the other two reps (whoose names I should have gotten)gave me wrong and information and was rude to make it even worst. Nice.
