This company sends you back and forth with the vendor and does nothing other than to compensate with Onekey........over an issue.I booked through "Blue Light app', it took me via Hotels.com to book for our holiday hotel stay. This was a bad choice for me. I payed excessive amount to the establishment and had misleading information to the point that I had my relative check the Hotels.com, establishment website out, we both came to the same conclusion in what we saw advertised. I made further communicated with the establishment, and also confirmed what we had seen advertised they confirmed what we had seen advertised on the website. However, on checking in it was totally different. We were told that their indoor pool was closed for refurbishment and the wifi was not free. We had to sign up to another website to be able to get free wifi otherwise we will end up paying for it... When I highlight this to the establishment and Hotels.com, Hotels.com change their fees drastically for the hotel stay with the update service with the update advertisement.I raised my complaint with the establishment and the establishment sent me to the third party, Hotels.com and the third party, sends me back to the vendor/establishment. .. basically either not resolving the problem in hand. This went on from the 7th April to date. The establishment refused to cancel and give me my refund to move to another hotel. Hotels.com re-adjust the advertisement on the website with drastic fees.I also purchased the Travel Projection that till date, I have not received log in details to file a claim. I cannot use the Travel protection without getting an email confirmation.

Bitdefender makes it impossible to cancel your subscription. They will not let you turn off the automatic payments. They are as bad as the viruses you pay them to protect against. I followed the directions listed below, and still was unable to cancel the subscription. This company will not let you cancel your subscription. I will be reporting these unethical businesses practices.

I highly don't reccomend this store to anyone especially if you're going to buy online. Apparently the staff think it's appropriate to write "EW" on your receipt when you get it delivered. Quite frankly there's nothing "EW" about getting slippers because your feet are but the fact their staff feels obliged to write that is absolutely rude and disgusting. I'm never ever going to be buying from Bed Bath and Beyond ever again because their staff think it's okay to write stuff like on my receipt. I don't recommend buying from them online this is just rude

Thriftbooks had what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Two of the 3 books were in very good condition. One book had a minor tear at the top of the spine. This was to be expected with the condition of the book, but the inner pages are clean crisp and just fine. These books are a little harder to find as well. They arrived on time. I’m very happy with my order and experience with Thriftbooks .

calling to dispute a charge and resolving the issue is okay but understanding the agent from customer service was a struggle for me asking her to repeat please! Als, disputing has to be done by calling only, the website does'nt give the option to do it online

My app will not accept my credit card details. I have been unable to recharge. Tried everything, spent hours at home trying every method to update, reinstall etc, but keep coming up with error message. So I go to a physical store in Brisbane, (main one shut down) and they tell me I have to wait 90 minutes to see someone. I’m so sick and tired of these big companies having no customer service. Do better. Hire more staff. Fix your bugs.

I had a problem with the Dashlane software. It went on for a long time. Consequently, I was wavering in my commitment to Dashlane until I had a chance to work with them. They proved to be a first rate team. As a result I'm sticking with the company. Bravo to all team members!
