Cancel subscription? Good Luck!!!

Trying to cancel annual subscription is impossible. I have 2 accounts (1 personal, the other business). So, wanted to close one, it just wont let me get rid of the annual subscription even though with their annual "30Day" renewal cencellation window. These guys are corporate bullies and the company deserves to crash. Their support is disgusting, forced to login to chat for help. As soon as you say you want to cancel, they splash up a technical issues message and say come back after 2-4 hours. Note, ask for help buying stuff and amazingly the technical issues aren't there. My suggestion, DO NOT set up an account with them at all, unprofessional support, do not listen to customers, have no care about the distress they cause or have issue with taking money by stopping account and subscription cancellations. The response below is a joke. Having repeatedly followed that process and attempted to get support on their customer chat several times... I am still stuck with a monthly subscription I can't cancel. There is no cancel button, you are forced to select at least one subscription. Contact chat, they copy paste the same "We are having technical issues, try again in 2 to 4 hours" message. This is corporate theft on a massive scale. Instead on responding with nonsense, deal with the problem, your customers have been complaining about this for years.

I signed up for a free trial & got charged $918.86!

I signed up for a free trial. I was under the impression that I’d be notified prior to the end of the trial period so that I could cancel if I wasn’t interested in continuing after the trial period. I quickly realized the product wasn't right for me and thought I did everything right to ensure I wasn't charged. I also assumed, wrongly, I would be notified. I was charged $918.86!!!I have desperately tried to reach someone at Hootsuite to no avail, and I have of course contacted paypal but am not holding out much hope. What an absolute SCAM.After reading reviews here it does appear this is how they make their money. It should be outlawed that they can force you to sign up just to try out their features and then slap a full year's charge on you without sending you any kind of warning.

Most of the houses on here overpriced homesare…

Most of the houses on here are outrageously priced for what they offer since the pandemic these landlords have become extremely greedy houses that should cost $800 to $900 a month are now 14 to 1500 a month. I hope those houses sit on the market for several months. Y’all are asking $1400 a month for houses that don’t even have a fireplace or anything special to offer. And some of these houses are in horrible neighborhoods.

Renewal is painful

Renewed subscription I cancelled previously. System didn’t give access once I paid. Couldn’t reach anyone even online, except for an AI who must have learned from an idiot. Guess I will have to call a 1-800 number, but I’m not optimistic given their track record.

Very disappointed in the customer…

Very disappointed in the customer service process for wish.com. Since my order I have been trying to cancel or get a refund for amount of over charged. On item stated one price and the same item was $4 cheaper on the website. I contacted customer right after ordering and I was ask to provide a screenshot; I provided the screenshot and the next thing I got was another agent talking about something that didn’t have anything to do with refunding my overcharge. After, going back and forth for more than a week. I still have not had my issue resolved. I do not recommend doing business with wish.com, Temu.com has a better customer service team, it not worth the hassle. It’s companies like wish.com that get rich off of cheap products and overcharging their customers.Even the replies from customers service here on this site is generic.

Refunds and help

There is never a response when trying to talk to an assistant. Wait time says less than 10 minutes but the response never happens. If you refresh it tells you it is unable to get into contact with an agent and to try again at another time. Playstation needs a refund system instead of scamming people into making refunds next to impossible.

It's a nice platform to follow artists …

It's a nice platform to follow artists that you love and the best thing is - one can follow as many cities as he/she wants. I love it. You can also get email notifications when your fav artist is about to have a gig in one of the places u follow (it already worked fabulous for me). And there are also little small nice things in the site itself, such as directions to ticket sellers, statistics about artists and so on. Nice job!

So many order delays! No communication!

I ordered an s24+ two weeks ago and it was supposed to have came in 3-days. It's over two weeks later and my order still hasn't processed. Customer support says they can't expedite my order even though it's late. I'm so fed up Im ready to leave samsung even though ive been with them my whole life. My current galaxy is on it's last leg and I'm ready to just go buy a Motorola Razr in a brick and mortar store.

Found the website difficult to navigate…

Found the website difficult to navigate as I couldn’t see how to personalise the card. I ended up buying it and it being sent back to me rather than the person it was for. When I contacted the company to tell them and asked them to cancel my order and advise me how to personalise my card I got no response and the card has now been sent back to me.

This company is awful

This company is awful they coarse you into buying a membership for ink and cannot help you fix the probeln with your printer without paying them. What company requests payment for customer service?? I lost $120 buying new ink for a printer that I now cannot use. I highlty reccomend not to buy HP Products
